Once we figured out the route into town, the location was very good.

The breakfast was disappointing. The coffee in the thermos bottles was cold and this was both the regular and decaf. Apparently no one was in charge of refilling the items on the buffet as no one checked them until customers complained. I was there 2 mornings and this was the case on both mornings. The bathroom floor could have been cleaner.

It was nice. It had the 2 bed plus the fold out couch. Breakfast was ok but could have used a bigger variety, like something different each day.

My hair dryer didn't work. Also, I prefer my room cleaned daily. Covid is over, I no longer am impressed by having to request towels, make my own bed or have all the garbage remain in my room for 4 days. Also there was no bar soap or hand soap. The coffee maker in the room didn't work either. I hunt down the maid to get toilet paper.

The staff were nice and friendly. The hotel appearance was clean.

The room had a stuffy smell that was being masked by an air freshener plug in. By the middle of our week long stay, the laundry room for guest was out of order as well as the ice machine.

Decent location close to I-25, but not so close there was a lot of road noise. Hot breakfast with lots of other items. Room was clean, lots of hot water, comfortable bed. Wifi was reasonably fast. I'd stay again.

Pool was closed for a day, and exercise room was restricted to 1 person at a time. Room would only be cleaned if I requested it -- a leftover from COVID, I assume. Yet when I checked in there was a place on the paperwork to authorize a tip for the cleaning team. Didn't leave one.

We were extremely pleased with our stay. We stayed a total of 8 nights and the entire stay was wonderful. From the cleanliness of the hotel to the extremely helpful staff, everything went well and we will definitely stay again when we visit Fort Collins. The front desk personnel were very pleasant and helpful; by the time we checked out, it felt like they were family.

During the snowstorm/freezing temps, the parking lot was not cleared very well. We did see a plow trying to clear the snow away and did the best they could with parked cars however, they never came back to clean up after the storm was over. Also, the handicapped parking spots were never fully cleaned out; there was a lot of snow left in those spots which would have made it impossible for a disabled person to navigate

It was clean and had a comfortable bed.

We checked in late and wanted to settle in for a good nights sleep. Crawled into bed and the smoke alarm started beeping. Had to get up and go to front desk and get a new battery. Then the next morning, the remote battery was dead and not working. Also, need to check your tissue boxes. It had 3 very flimsy tissues in it.

Breakfast was delicious both days. They ran out of butter so that was a bummer, but we made it work. The front desk workers are so wonderful. The guy is very knowledgeable about things around town. Also they have it decorated very cute and a nice fireplace with games in the front. Wonderful hot tub also.

Some of the workout equipment didn't work, but the maintenance guy is top notch.

I came to town for a medical emergency and arrive late at night. Very tired and hungry. I slept in and arrived at breakfast late, but they still allowed me to eat, and it was pretty good. I said I might have to stay more nights and they gave me a 20% coupon to use if I came back. The staff were all very friendly.

It's in a hotel strip off the highway no restaurants nearby.

It was a decent place. What else do you want me to say, just to get more sentences. this is stupid.

It is in an industrial area and it seemed a bit sketchy, at first. Not sure why all the sidewalks don't have ramps to get the bellman's carts over curbs.

The location was OK for me: Easy and quick access to the interstate but a little farther away from where I spent most of my time on vacation. (Still, it was super easy to get back to using the Frontage Road) The breakfast was good, the room was very quiet, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Great parking, free on sight. I felt very safe and appreciated that access to the side doors required a key card at all times. There was not a desk in the room but there was a table and two chairs so I was able to use my computer without a problem. The bathroom was super-clean!

My room was a little dusty, the refrigerator smelled like old sandwiches, and the mountain-view was hard to appreciate with all of the trees - that being said, those are silly small things to not like!
