I loved the size of the room and the comfort of the bed. I also really loved the in-room jacuzzi. Definitely worth the extra money to have that to relax at my own pace in private. I also loved that the hotel had an outdoor pool, which was hard to find at other places. The staff was also super friendly, and helped me when I accidentally forgot some jewelry in the room after I checked out.

The pool chair I laid out on was a little rocky, but nothing major. The room had this initial old house smell that you smell when you first walk into the room, but once settled into the room I didn't really notice it. Wish the breakfast food had had more seasoning, but overall the selection was good.

The room was clean (other than the smoker's smell...see below) and comfortable. The lobby was decorated very well.

Unfortunately, I ended up in a smoking room because it was the only room available.

OK, I was blown away by this place and it makes me want to use Best Western hotels every time. The decor, design, layout, ease of use, and cleanliness in this place was impeccable. The snack area and the breakfast was great quality and clean, the main space when you enter makes you want to hang out. They have a filtered water set-up just like at airports, also common fax, printer and computer. Internet was stellar. My room was outstanding, clean, nice smelling toiletries, great bed and pillows, second floor view. All the staff members I met were also wonderful, personable, and outstanding. I also enjoyed the spa and sauna which for the price, the entire picture was perfection. I highly recommend if you are staying in town, the price is a super deal. You will not be disappointed by anything there.

Nothing could've been better!

The property, staff, room itself were more than suitable. Nothing fancy but all in nice,clean, working shape.

They do accommodate for smoking rooms which was nice but they are a little away from the main building,lobby, sauna area. Both nights I stayed I had an unusual run in. With one night having to listen to a couple yell and fight literally all night at each other. I don’t think this would have been allowed or put up with if the rooms were more directly connected with the main hotel. But I was a lone women with my 2 yr old daughter, if I would have been by myself It wouldn’t have bothered me as much and could see how it could be nice to have my space away from everything. but did feel a little unsafe at night being separated from the main building.

Everything. Location is perfect. You can drive in to Cody easily for food. And the East Park Entrance is less than hour the other direction. Comfortable clean and the best price we found. Right next to a beautiful river. Highly recommend.

Location, clean, rooms were very comfortable. And we got free coffee and muffins every morning and sat by the river before heading to the park.

Loved the location of the separate “smoking” rooms. Great idea to completely separate the rooms from the main corridors and such. It was perfect to access the pool, play with my dog, and sit outside visiting with other guests. I will most definitely return! Staff was great! Kindest Regards, Tamara & Matrix

Can’t think of a single thing!

Great Value. Solid rooms, comfortable beds, nice staff. A little distance to downtown Fort Collins, but not too far, and So Worth the Value/Price. It is where I ALWAYS stay when I visit Fort Collins. Aint nothing gonna change bout that!

Operating the TV, using the Guide, etc., is funky..

BW Kiva is nicely appointed with lovely flowers and well maintained grounds and clean outdoor spaces. I like that there are trees and flowers on the property giving it a welcoming appearance.

There was nothing I disliked about the property

It's been over a month since our stay here . I just wanted to write a great review . Great room! Great location! Great breakfast!!! And the service here ... Was awesome!! I can remember the ladies name . Middle age brown hair and her husband works doing maintenance there. We laughed because I also have worked in this business for 10 years and my husband also does maintenance so we had this in common. I have stayed in many places many hotels and for this price you do get what u pay for. And the hot tub was amazing! Thanks so much !

Staff was exceptional and very friendly. Despite some hiccups with their system upon check in they still provided keys and took care of the payment issues once their system was up and running instead of making us wait. The room was phenomenal and the hot tub room was exactly as expected.
