We did not eat breakfast although it smelled good as we passed through the lobby.

Electrical outlets seem to be worn or outdated to the point that personal device plugs won’t stay seated in the outlets. Installation of more USB friendly outlets in the rooms would be nice. It would also be a convenience to have some rooms with a recliner or adjustable bed option as not everyone can sleep lying flat.

I like the size of the room, the breakfast was very good, and the receptionist was very attend. The location was perfect for reach different places around the city.

The cleaning of the room, because I stay 3 days and no body show to clean them, the coffeemaker was dirty from probably the last guest in that room and I have to kill a little roach. This the only thing they need to paid more attention, but in general was a nice place to stay.

The staff was very nice, personable and helpful. Chris got me checked in, I arrived quite late at night and he made sure I was completely situated and satisfied with the room I was placed in. The room I stayed in was lovely. Comfortable bed, roomy shower and bathroom, and of course the basic amenities you'd expect (fridge, microwave, coffee pot). I did have a problem with one of the shower bottles falling off the wall, so I notified the front desk and they made sure to have it remedied immediately. The breakfast buffet is small, but in a good way. Simple choices that are kept at their respective temperatures, and very yummy too.

The ice machine kept spitting ice everywhere when I tried to use it, but other than that everything was great.

I had reserved a King room with a sleeper sofa but received a call on check-in day offering an upgrade to a double queen suite at no extra cost. Since I was at a football game and didn't grasp the difference or the benefit of this 'upgrade,' but I accepted it. However, those beds were not queen-sized, which resulted in a rather uncomfortable night's sleep, especially when downgrading from a King and sharing. It was quite disappointing, and I'm relieved it was just for one night.

I love this place. Cheryl and Andrea helped me book a room. I've had a stressful week and Cheryl, Randy (I think?) and all the front desk AND the cleaning/breakfast crews have been nothing short of spectacular. Cheryl really helped me and my mom book a room. She helped me significantly when I needed it the most. Thank you for your kindness, patience, and consideration. You are a true gem in this world.

Not Applicable Hospitality is the name of the game, here. They were so good, I came straight back when I had to visit FoCo a week later.

It's the same breakfast at all Comfort Inn locations and i stay at 8 diffent locations depending on my travels. include sausages eggs various bead offerings. Also cereals, fruits, juices, coffee. It's tasty and free. Coffee is 24/7 and great. There are good restaurants nearby. Another plus was the indoor pool which my granddaughter loved.

The room was clean and spacious.

I am vegan, and there was NOTHING except for some fruit and bread for me to eat. Usually, I can count on some oatmeal and soy or almond milk, but NADA. There was some dry cereal, but only dairy milk. It costs very little to have some packets of plain oatmeal and at least one type of non-dairy milk. Please do better.

The room was clean and QUIET! Just what my sister and I needed! Was close to the University and the Temple Grandin Equestrian Center, which is why we were in Fort Collins. MANY restaurants were around us-some within walking distance! The staff was exceptional and even helped me find a place to repair my compromised tire! The scenery was beautiful which goes without saying in beautiful Colorado! The town was clean and beautiful as well. Felt very safe for 2 older women traveling.

The breakfast could have been a bit better tasting, BUT it was what one could expect from a free continental breakfast and did what we needed-a full belly to start our day.

It was one we had stayed at before. It’s okay. Don’t like staying on upper floors. The elevator is terribly slow.

The lobby needs to be revamped to get rid of shelves that were once stocked with items to sell the customer. Now just looks me AA dumb with big bowl of dog bones and nothing for customers. The clerk didn’t tell us how to get to the room, where to park or which way to get off the elevator. Just that little bit of information goes a long way. Why the questions of single use bottles but not about single use cups. Plastic cups provided for coffee and iced drinks. That seems to go against single use items.

Location was nice; across the street from an I-Hop. Other eateries and stores close by. Room size was very good. Aditi was very nice and helpful.

It took three asks to get the safe charge reversed. I asked when I checked out and was told it would be automatic; not. I called and asked to have it reversed and that I would receive an email; not. I had to call a third time to get the charge reversed. Still didnt get an email, but the charge was finally reversed.
