The hotel is just south of CSU which makes it convenient to visit our kid going to school there. It's close to a number of restaurants, but you've got to drive to Old Town to truly experience FoCo. The staff members we interacted with were great.

We happened to have the room immediately underneath the Executive Lounge and the chairs in that room scrape loudly on the tile floor. We knew breakfast had started at 6:30 in the morning because we heard the chairs.

The hotel is very nice! I'm blind and could hear a fountain of some sort and, lovely classical music playing. The clerk was very helpful with check-in. The only thing that could have been better was that they didn't offer to help my gf grab the bags out of the car. Not a big big deal. The only negative thing was parking. With the cost of the room I think it's ridiculous to have to pay $15 for parking from a third party when they have a massive lot that's practically empty. I needed help paying for parking and the clerk also helped with that, so hats off to him for that! Unfortunately it didn't matter because in the morning there was a ticket on the car for lack of payment when I had paid for parking. Still haven't sorted that out. The room was great and my gf said it was very nice looking. In the morning we had the breakfast and it was great! The woman who ran the buffet did an amazing job and everything was delicious! Overall it was a great time! We will be back!

Paying for parking when you pay for a luxury room you shouldn't have some hack that run a third party pay lot when it's a massive lot that's not at all full. I'd had help from the hotel clerk to make sure it was done correctly and in the morning I had a ticket. I'm convinced that if I wasn't handicapped and had my placard in the windshield they would have towed the car and charged an exuberant rate to get it back. I still haven't gotten that part figured out yet. This was the only major dislike of the trip.

Staff was so friendly and accommodating! The hotel is lovely, the room very clean and comfy, and the view looking out at the snow was an awesome surprise.

Food at the restaurant was just okay for the price. Room service was good! The breakfast buffet was a better value, but breakfast entrees seemed quite overpriced for what you get.

It was clean, comfy, we had a great view and breakfast was descent, however we had to upgrade to get it.

The room took a long time to get cool. We asked them to send someone up to look at it and no one ever came. Also, we got parking tickets. The staff failed to tell us we had to pay for parking right away, so we thought we had time, as we were running late to the show. The staff wasn't very helpful at all.

Nice location clean well positioned, good breakfast! Very good!

There was some confusion about my fee /hotel room because I had booked it through booking.com and they wanted to charge me extra 400 pound for a room. This was sorted once I complained and they honoured the price agreed with booking.com

The staff were really friendly, and the restaurant was exactly what was needed for tired travelers. The room was clean and comfortable.

The location is somewhat in the middle of no where. On a map, it looks to be walking distance to university buildings, but you need a car for anything, including to go out for food. The hotel was experiencing a major flood when we were there so it was difficult to get a fair impression of the facilities, many of which were closed, but I got the impression the public spaces may have been a bit in need of a good clean.

The staff are acciptional specially the reception , they will do everything to make you comfortable. Special thanks to Ramy and his colleagues at the reception and lencei from the restaurant those guys are amazing

They need some renovation.

Wasn’t too far from things to do, whether you walked to drove to old town/down town.

At the time there was some construction going on about a block from the property that kind of hindered a little travel, but it did not last long enough to be a real problem.

The Hilton is always an exceptional place to stay at. For being my first ever time in Fort Collins, The Hilton made me feel safe and comfortable. The location is incredible. Close to everything, including CSU. The staff were really friendly. The food was amazing. All in all, my experience was amazing and would definitely come back to stay there if I get the chance to come to Fort Collins again.

Loved the location close to downtown. Building is pretty and rooms were well maintained. Staff was nice and helpful.

Do not like paying extra for parking!! Room is epensive enough and don't like extra unnecessary charges getting added on for nothing in return.
