Have stayed here many times for vacations...short drive from the Denver airport whether coming or going...always happy to see the open field next to the hotel has not been developed, has a country feel to it...hotel is modern, comfortable, clean...hot breakfast is good...like the vaulted lobby and pool/hot tub area...reception was great, gave us local (backroad) directions to Cracker Barrel and there is also a good "Mexican" restaurant right next to the property...also, a gas station/fast food/and others within a few steps away...nice place to stay on the way to Rocky Mountain National Park, Tetons/Yellowstone, and wherever else the road takes you...try Pinedale, Wy...it was 47 degrees in July after arriving from the Deep South...

Always like this place...no complaints...it's a great value

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the little extras like the flavored water and newspapers in the lobby. Breakfast was great, too.

I disliked the laundry room requiring an app to use the washer and coins for the dryer, especially since the app requires a $10 minimum payment. It would be nice if the dryer used the app too, so that I can use more of the $10 and don't have to fuss with getting coins as well, or coins for both for a better value. That said, this is a trivial problem and I appreciated the on-site laundry room, even if it was pricey.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I wasn't expecting much when I booked it. Just wanted a clean place near the interstate. Wow was I in for a treat, The room was spotless. Like in truly spotless. Absolutely quiet-I never heard another guest and the parking lot was full. They have nice black out curtains and provide Dove brand toiletries. I didn't eat the breakfast so can't comment, but I would definitely stay here again. It's in a quiet location, has a gas station nearby on the way in from the interstate and an excellent Mexican restaurant just a 3-minute walk away.

The elevator was loud and clunky. Kind of a scary ride.

The room was definitely dog friendly with tile floors. The windows had two sets of covers which helped with privacy and blocking out the light outside. We didn't hear anyone in any other rooms, even when someone walked down the hall. The parking lot was full so we figured we would hear something.

We had the option to pre-checkin - good. I requested a late checkout during the online pre-checkin. The staff didn't get/have that online request and the staff quoted us higher prices for the same services. The halls and lobby were also extremely dark, even during the daytime. I understand trying to save on electricity. The lobby wasn't so bad because of nice big windows letting in the sun, but the hall was dark enough a person with bad eyesight would have had trouble.

Good location near the freeway without noise. Bed was comfortable with good pillows. The room was clean and in good repair. The included breakfast was pretty good. This is a very decent property at this price-point.

Hate Hate Hate HVAC that is motion detected. The air turning completely off in the middle of night with sealed windows is AWFUL! They use a very low flow shower head, so you're shower is going to take longer than usual.

It was right off the interstate easy to get off and get back on. Everything you need is close by. Very friendly staff and have a great breakfast something a little different each day.

The room was a little hot but it wasn't bad. AC would cut off after it reached the temperature you wanted. Then the room would warm up before it would cut back on.

Sara who works there cleaning rooms is an outstanding representative of your organization. She goes above and beyond. She's incredibly kind and generous. She saw I was having some struggles (I'm on crutches rehabilitating from some surgeries,) and without hesitation jumped in to help me--she wasn't even working that evening and just happened to be there. None of the other employees who were working truly "saw" me or offered such support. She is a true beacon of light. You are lucky to have such an amazing human work for your organization.

We come back almost every year because we love this American standard and we have friends in Fort Collins. It's not a first class facility but charming and quiet and just nice. Spacious rooms, clean, nice continental breakfast with an awesome new pancakes maker which every guest just loved ;) We are already regular guests and definitely will return if we can afford it. We are used to the location and everything feels familiar. I'd rate it ten if they'd fix some issues.

Check in was not as kind as we are used to it but the other staff members where nice as always. Some things should have been fixed, we told the front desk but they did not accomplish it within the four days of our stay. They should do better.

The convenience of being close to the freeway. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The facility was clean and welcoming. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast offered enough variety for everyone.

The only thing that I wish they had was another chair in the room besides the one at the desk. It was not a deal breaker but would have been nice to have.

First impression is important. Upon my arrival and check in, the gentleman (I haven't caught his name yet but the guy with the braid twists) that assisted me made extra effort to help my reservation to work for me in my situation. He was very courteous and friendly. All other staff were friendly as well. The property was quiet and serene. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the property and my personal room. I always carry cleaning spray and wipes when I stay in a hotel. I was very impressed after wiping all hard surfaces, there was virtually no dirt, dust, etc. I certainly recommend this place for a good, comfortable stay.

I didn't like that the extra entrances weren't secured with key card entry. Everything else was great.
