We came to the hotel in Loveland for a funeral. When we got there our TV in our room did not work. We let Samantha at the front desk now, and she was very helpful and moved us to a different room, however, there was an issue in that room as well. Samantha went above and beyond, was very friendly and understanding and got us into another room once again, where everything was perfect. Samantha was very friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed our experience at the hotel and the help and assistance of the employee, Samantha. Thank you.

The staff was absolutely amazing! This is in a great location with a lot of restaurants and places to shop within walking distance. Easy on and off to get back on I-25. The pool area is one of the best I have seen at a hotel. My kids loved the slide. The room was great and bed was comfortable. We didnt get to try breakfast, but other visitors said it was great too. I would highly recommend this hotel. Wish we could have stayed longer.

All staff had great customer service from the moment we checked in. I coach and we were playing in Greeley all weekend for softball. One of my players had an injury during our game. The hotel extended their stay so her and her family could rest a bit after being at the ER and having to make their long drive back home. Customer Service was beyond what we could have expected and asked for. Would stay here again!

Nothing bad go say

This property was very clean. The staff was nice and they were always willing to help. The facilities were excellent. The pool was great for kids of all ages. The breakfast was always great too, it was a different selection each day. It is also in a great location. We were walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

I loved everything

The location was close to family that we were visiting, and to several restaurants. The room was comfortable, plenty of room to spread out and relax during our 5 night stay. There was traffic noise the first night, and we were going to switch rooms, but it went away.

The breakfast was good but they closed the doors to the breakfast area very promptly at 9am.... I saw folks get turned away as they walked up to the door. When we arrived they insisted on taking payment again even though we had already been charged. So the credit card had double charges on it for a while. It did get cleared up but it took several conversations with the front desk staff. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly but the woman who checked us in didn't make eye contact or speak clearly and just told us we had to wait because our room wasn't ready and she just walked away without telling us how long it would be.

New facility, great location, quiet. The facility in general and the room in particular were very clean. Hunter was on duty when we checked in and he was very helpful, friendly and courteous.

It was a college graduation weekend, so I'm sure demand was high, and that seemed to push prices above what I thought was reasonable, but this was true for all the locations in the area that we checked.

The staff was very helpful! We arrived a little earlier than expected and they allowed us to do an early check-in, which was great! The rooms were very clean and looked very nice. The pool, slide, and hot tub were very clean and fun to hangout in.

I liked everything about this hotel! Was a great location next to Scheels and food places so didn't have to travel a far distance for anything.

The pool, lots of businesses around enough room for us three

The thin ceilings, heard the family upstairs till 2 in the morning. The breakfast was nice yet very simple, the bacon on Saturday was only cooked half way. Left dirty towels in hall and had to go to front desk to get more. Swim towels were not available most of the time. Pool and hot tub water were cold half the time

The hotel we clean, staff was friendly. Pool has a sweet slide the kids loved. the hot tub could have been hotter. Room was clean and the appliances worked. Fridge kept our soda very cold. Breakfast was what you would expect. Pretty good.

Not much to not like. Everything was as expected. Free breakfast was scramble eggs, and sausage, they had stuff to make waffles, which I've seen more and more. Toast, and muffins. Pretty basic, but what you expect at breakfast.

It was very clean. Staff was very nice. It’s been one of the best properties we’ve stayed at in a long time. We definitely will be back to this property. We’re back that way.

It’s in a shopping center parking lot, which was a little weird, but other than that it was a great place to stay
