It was a good jumping off point for heading to the Rocky Mountains.

The front desk person when checking out wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed. Did not care for the parking fee. I did not recall seeing a parking fee mentioned when booking the room. It's ridiculous to charge a parking fee at this location. The hotel is in the middle of a business park and was nowhere near capacity. If the hotel is going to charge $12 for parking they should provide a valet.

Misleading pricing... charging me for $12 for parking with Booking.com saying the original $202 included taxes and everything. This is a marketing scam for your property... and your front desk put the charge on my credit card without asking if I had parked a car in your lot. Is there NOTHING your CEO and Board won't do to shaft customers and add to their bottom line perks for their yachts, etc.

I was there for a early morning swim race at Carter Lake, so breakfast wasn't opened yet when I had to leave. However, they did offer me an apple, which I appreciated.

I feel it was overpriced for the quallity of the facility. It was nice, clean etc...but pretty outdated.

Food was good - seemed to be something for all ages. Coffee was fresh and hot. I prefer the dark roast and so appreciated that that roast was available. Your hotel is located in the area we prefer to stay.

Nothing worth mentioning.

Mel, the breakfast attendant, brought out waffles, and they were a big hit. She was very friendly and personable.

Beds and pillows were to soft. The lighting was too harsh, maybe more of a red tint would be preferable.

I liked the breakfast in that it was a full breakfast. It was typical of full breakfasts provided by other 3 star hotels. The coffee is excellent. I keep a healthy diet with low simple carbs and sugar and higher protein so the choices to maintain my type of diet were very limited at the breakfast bar. ( Maybe this comment is better placed in the “What didn’t I like” box) I liked reading the history and seeing the related photos of the Connection of the Loveland site to the Marriott family. They are posted in there reception area. Rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean.

I chose the Fairfield Inn Loveland specifically to use the hot tub area. The clerk was friendly and helpful so I point out her excellent demeanor. I was very disappointed when she informed me the hot tub needed to be repaired and hoped it would be repaired by the end of that Friday work day. It was not.

The breakfast was just okay, but the employees were all very nice and helpful.

The carpet in the room i stayed in desperately needs to be steam cleaned.

Breakfast Good except Sunday 9:00 some food was not replaced even tho breakfast didn’t end till 10:00. No eggs, yogurt, bananas.

Clean beds nice pillows good essentials shampoo etc.

I needed room charge to be split since my colleague is with a difference company. That was handled very well!

Breakfast on our first day wasn’t great and out of most items, we were there at 7:30.

Breakfast was good. I appreciated that they moved my room when I informed the front desk how loud the room next to me was. They took care of it right away and then I had a quiet and very restful night.
