The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great with great free parking and walking distance to downtown that had plenty of everything. Public transportation was available too. The beds were comfortable. Very nice towels. It was convenient to have the kitchenette. The room was overall very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was good. The 4th morning breakfast had very good crispy bacon and I was pleasantly surprised.

I didn't like the pillows. The pillows looked fluffy, but weren't fluffy and very flat when I laid my head on them. I'm not a fan of turkey sausage and it was served 4 mornings out of the 5 mornings I was there. The coffee started off weak and got a little stronger by the end of the week. I really didn't like the coffee.

From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Especially Jeanie! Made our checkin very easy. Our room was very clean and comfortable. TV options were great. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom very clean and we love having the walk in shower. Plenty of breakfast options; waffles, pre-made omelets, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, fresh fruit, sausage links, roasted potatoes. It was great.

Price is a tad bit high but the location is what we wanted. Spent an early V-Day in Loveland and wanted to be downtown. Not many hotel options in old town Loveland.

Breakfast each morning: I must admit that the apples and pears at breakfast were the best I have eaten in many years. Whoever is making breakfast has clearly put their best effort and time into making it stand out. I appreciated the eggs, bacon and potatoes as well as the creative variety of toppings for oatmeal. Thank you The fire pit in the back near the canal or stream with the green walk behind the gate was beautiful and relaxing.

Every evening, I heard vrooming, car backfiring, revved up motorcycles, cars and trucks gunning as they circled the downtown Loveland area blowing out eardrums and rattling windows. Luckily, it didn't happen after 10 pm or before 9 am. However, it was ongoing in all other hours of the day so trying to enjoy a meal out by the firepit was impossible. It feels irresponsible to disturb the peace for everybody else, because you don't feel influential or your testosterone is in overabundance. Ugggg.

The room was spacious with a full refrigerator, stove top, utensils, dishware, and very comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and always available. We had a room in the back part of the hotel with a great view of the Rocky Mountains. Hotel is within walking distance of downtown with wonderful restaurants and other shops. Continental breakfast was plentiful and lasted until 10:00 A.M. so we did not have to get up at the crack of dawn to eat. There is also a back patio with grills and a large fire pit.

We are smokers and there was no smoking area. We could not even smoke on the back patio, which was large and spanned the entire length of the hotel and was a completely open area.

This hotel is a perfect for a long term or short term stay. I love everything about this place. Facilities are clean and well maintained, good breakfast, excellent location. The kitchenettes in the rooms have everything you need to save money and cook what you want. But the real difference here is the staff--specifically Amber--who bent over backwards to make our stay amazing. (She deserves a promotion!)

Bring your earplugs--lots of noisy trucks and motorcycles on the streets around the hotel.

Rooms were very nice. We liked the the close proximity to downtown shops and eateries.

The breakfast was not good. The waffle mix was sour and they ended up taking it away. It shouldnt have been that way as our athletes were down to eat right at 7am. We actually brought food to cook but were excited to see it would be open before we had to leave for the fields. We should have just stuck with our original thought. For the price of a night's stay and hotel brand I expected the food to be better quality. That was our only complaint.

Gorgeous hotel. Our room was spotless! The beds and pillows are comfortable. Front desk staff and kitchen staff (for breakfast) were very friendly and helpful/attentive. Walking distance to many restaurants/pubs in quaint downtown Loveland. I also love that this hotel is pet friendly! The back outdoor patio area is gorgeous. They have a fire table that is lit each night, and it's so pretty!

Not the hotel's fault, and we felt very safe at the location; however, just be aware there are some homeless people in the area. We had a guy passed out across the sidewalk at the entrance to the parking deck across the street when we came back from dinner. We had to literally step over him to access the entrance/exit. He seemed pretty harmless, but it's always good to be aware of your surroundings anywhere.

WHAT IS NOT TO LIKE? FACILITIES, STAFF, CLEANLINESS, BREAKFAST (EXCEPT FOR NO BISCUITS AND GRAVY, WHICH I WAS SO MUCH LOOKING FORWARD TO), THE PATIO AND FIRE PIT, PROMPTNESS OF ANY REQUEST. ALL ABOVE AND BEYOND ANY EXPECTATIONS !!!

This place was amazing from top to bottom. The staff really make this place--everyone is friendly, helpful, and competent. Rooms are big and clean and well equipped. Of my 50 last stays in hotels this is by far and away my best. Breakfast was great, outside and inside common spaces were super...but again, the staff is amazing!

Some street noise...I think being on the north side of the hotel would be better for light sleepers...bring earplugs.

Hospitality. Accommodating faculty with smiles. Went beyond and helped me set up Marriott Bonvoy since I've recently stayed at 3 Marriott locations in a row. Free breakfast.

A homeless man screaming outside at night near the parking structure across the street. Being in this area several times I've noticed homeless keeping warm near or within the parking structure across the street from the hotel.
