For a 2 star hotel, the Days Inn at Fort Collins was very good. The hotel was very clean, beds and pillows comfortable, towels nice, breakfast nice, coffee pleasantly good, cleaning service was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. Hotel is located right next to the main road that leads you into downtown Fort Collins about 12 minutes away by car. Across the main busy road is a Dennys.

The area the hotel is located is far from anything like a grocery store, Walmart or restaurants- with the exception of Denny’s- so you’ll need a car or else you’ll have to Uber/Lyft. As mentioned previously, for a 2 star hotel this is a very good hotel to stay. With one real exception about the room itself, the AC unit. I’m not sure if the entire hotel had the same old AC model installed but in our room(#138), the AC unit was so loud you couldn’t hear the TV and anytime it went on in the middle of the night, it would wake us up. We were in FC when the temperature was in between mid 90s to 100 degrees so we had to keep it on all night. This is our only real issue we have experienced with our stay at Days Inn.

The hotel was conveniently located for get all around Fort Collins CO. The staff members were welcoming and the facility was great. They provided wonderful complimentary breakfasts. There was a great Mexican Restaurant near the hotel, too. We were also able to find an area to do some walking for exercise near the hotel so that was a plus!

I can't think of a thing that would need to be changed! Great job Days Inn! Wonderful, clean and quiet rooms, a laundry facility, an exercise room, tasty breakfasts provided...who could ask for anything more?!?

I was having surgery the next day, so didn't get to have breakfast. Hopefully another time. The breakfast room looked very clean and complete. The bed was VERY comfortable, and the a/c unit so quiet, we hardly realized it was on!

Couldn't sit at the table to read -- no light. The room is "dated", so I realize you probably can't add lighting... Spider in the bathroom when I turned the fan on -- but not the motel's fault! I killed it...

Everything was clean and quiet. Even with the on-ramp to interstate, not too far away, it was peaceful. I was concerned that I'd be bothered by the traffic during the night, but I was not. And for someone who's been living out in the country for most of her life that was important.

I was a little annoyed, that the toilet seat was not tight, so I was a little concerned it was going to slip on me. it was a little different having the breakfast eggs and sausage pre-cooked in in the mini fridge and then you had to heat them in a warming oven. Still a good breakfast.

The property is older but in good shape. Super clean, bed was very comfortable, no noise, felt very safe. A cute little area in back with picnic tables. Nice flowers. I was first assigned a room on the second floor. There is no elevator sbd i can’t easily do stairs with because of Rheumatoid Arthritis. The gentlemen who checked me in didn’t even wince and were very pleasant in assigning me a room on the first floor near the entrance to make it easier for me. I appreciate his honoring my request with only smiles

The lobby, halls and rooms were in good shape. The front desk staff were friendly. The breakfast had a good variety of basic continental breakfast items as well as eggs and sausage you could warm up yourself if you wanted too.

On the side door to the hotel, someone had cut their room key card in half and put it in the slot so the door would stay unlocked all the time. I mentioned it to one of the front desk staff and he did nothing about it. It remained that way our whole stay. Definitely a safety concern. The milk container did not work correctly so it was very difficult to get the milk out. I told the front desk person and they acknowledged it hadn't been working right but did nothing to fix it.

The room was clean, the ac worked well. The mattress was super comfy.

The carpet was pretty dirty, the whole room was prettt small and compact. The breakfast offered left a lot to be desired. ie..the eggs are kept in the fridge so we have to heat them ourselves. The oatmeal is in packets, not fresh. Bananas were the only fruit option. The only warm thing offered was biscuits and gravy and is flour based and unhealthy in it’s entirety. I opted for the yogurt and banana.

Right off interstate, clean and kept up. Big pillows instead of usual Wyndham micro pillows. Actually had the breakfast they advertised. You have to microwave your food, but better than nothing.

Little bit of an odd entrance to the area. Can't turn left out of main exit to travel into town. You get used to taking the side road though.

My original plan to stay was interrupted by terrible weather on the day I was to be traveling there. Even though I was within the 24 hour 'no refund' window, I explained how the roads had closed and that I would need to reschedule my appointment, and would love to stay here again when I did that. They were prompt in refunding me in full for my cancelled date. With a very affordable price, clean facility, adequately sized rooms, and most importantly, a willingness to listen to customers and help them out through unforeseen obstacles, this hotel has earned my business whenever I'm in Fort Collins.

The place was clean, comfortable and had a friendly staff. The breakfast included eggs and sausage (you had to microwave them yourself) but at least that was a nice option beyond the usual waffles and cereal at most places. For someone just passing through, there was no glaring issues with the hotel.

It was a little difficult navigating the side road to the hotel - especially in the dark.
