The staff was GREAT. Very helpful in booking and when the fridge in our room went out, they relocated us just a few doors down. Housekeeping staff is very sweet and friendly. Location was perfect for us. Close to friends on east & west side of town. Not far from downtown. right by a bike/pedestrian path so I could get a work out in before going on with rest of the day. they also had a workout room & pool was operational, though the jacuzzi was not. Close to many places to eat. Breakfast was a decent "hotel" breakfast; make your own waffles, yogurts, fruit, milk & cereal, eggs & a meat. I like to think they treat the staff well here as they don't walk around looking miserable like in other establishments. nothi

The Quality Inn on Mason is a really good value. It’s conveniently located near CSU, bus stop is nearby, restaurant and stores are within walking distance. It’s always clean( no stains on towels, bed linen or curtains- which is something I value highly) and staff has always been very nice and friendly. We’ve stayed here pretty much every time we’ve visited my son.

Guests who are put in the back facing rooms will need to put up with the trains that pass throughout the day and at night(2:10am). This isn’t a deal breaker for us, just an inconvenience. And the inn is a bit worn but very clean from our many experiences here.

Breakfast was adequate-location is terrific, lots of food choices, Free Max Bus service available a block away to go downtown, quiet street...we liked having the option of daily or no daily maid service, maids wre friendly and gave us new towels whenever we asked gladly, secure parking and neighborhood

choices of the breakfast meats that were always -pork, the evening check in staff was nice, however the day staff seemed into themselves rather than the guests, I found the USA Today still in the entry way on Monday, when I brought in the stack and asked for a copy, the staff at the desk seemed bothered by my request..the carpet and rails were a little "dirty"-needs some spiffing up....

Location was great for getting to anything in Fort Collins or in the mountains.

We must have left our doors unlocked to the truck and someone rummaged through it overnight one night. Luckily we had nothing of value in the truck except some spare change, bug spray, some blankets, and some sunscreen that was taken. Staff didn’t seem to be interested in our concerns as they stated the only thing they could do is call the police. I just wanted a sorry, we will look into our overnight people keeping an eye on things. It just gave us a bad feeling but I never felt unsafe around the property as my belief is it was some of the unhoused people hanging around on city property.

The bed was super comfortable and the facility was very quiet with minimal noise coming from the floor above us.

I was disappointed that no where did I see the jacuzzi was not operational. Had i known this a head of time I would have booked elsewhere as this is a feature we truly enjoy while on vacation. I did call ahead of time to ask this specific question and was told everything was working. Quite a disappointment when we arrived to find this not true!

How close everything around the property was very close in driving distance the beds were so comfortable the ac was hella nice especially at night the pool was very relaxing the breakfast was so good we definitely enjoyed the apple juice and make your own pancake station with butter and syrup and milk to drink there was definitely a lot of options to pick from in my opinion we definitely enjoyed how nice the employees were and quiet the place felt like definitely would stay there again

How soft and plushy were the pillows the vending machine was cash only not with ur phone for like Apple Pay I really wish the hot tub was in service that would of been nice to enjoy the elevators were a bit sketchy especially with all my girls n all our bags it was kinda like oh god are we gonna get stuck kinda feeling

The room was large and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. While there was nothing particularly remarkable about the hotel, the room was clean and spacious, which made for a comfortable stay. It was a good choice for a short stopover.

The spa was unfortunately broken during our visit. Also, the hotel is right by the train tracks. While we were still able to sleep, the train did come through around 10 PM, which might be a concern for light sleepers.

Very nice rooms--spacious and well designed. Staff were very pleasant to work with and accommodating. We needed an early check in, and they were able to help us out. We have high allergy needs that they ensured were accommodated. The Staff treated us with respect and were very friendly.

It would have been nice to be warned about the trains that are nearby.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in town visiting my daughter at CSU. I've stayed here 4 or 5 times now. They never let me down -- friendly service, free breakfast, and clean accommodations! Also a convenient, safe location. What more could a traveler ask for?

Loved the guy at the front desk, Rob?? He was so helpful and told us about doing a tour at the Stanley which we did and it was so fun.

Towels were so thin and rough. Breakfast was just ok. Not nearly as good as the breakfast at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Boulder which had such a great breakfast.
