The space in the room. The bed was comfortable. Loved the full frig and that it had dishes, silverware...includedin cost.

Didn't provide a bag for dirty clothes. Wish the breakfast ended later for those of us that like to sleep in. I would have liked a packet that explained things like how to work the lights, the air conditioner and to locate movies to watch. Couldn't find the ice machine. Would have like the full use of the rainshower head and a bench in the shower.

The room was so spacious and nice. We only stayed one night, but I definitely could see it being a comfy place to call home for longer. The staff was also really great! We got in super late and the girl at the front desk was so energetic and welcoming! One of our favorite parts was the breakfast. It FAR exceeded what we've come to expect in the states and felt more like what we've experienced while traveling abroad. Overall, we couldn't have had a better experience!

The bed was a little hard, but I'm 32 weeks pregnant and very sensitive to different mattresses. My husband didn't have any issues, plus bed preferences vary, so it was a very very minor issue for us.

Excellent location, excellent breakfast in the common space, great bathroom, and excellent ensuite kitchen (full fridge/freezer/dishwasher, glasses, plates, etc.). In addition, there were two large elevators, plenty of free parking and nearby restaurants. With respect to breakfast, the food is the best offered to date inclusive of the room charge across all hotels of the same caliber/level that I have stayed in for the past 10 years across the globe. Coffee was good (I noted there were no Starbucks ads anywhere). Only downside is that the ceiling/floor is thin and big foot stayed for 2 of the 4 nights above me. One of the common room chairs was broken but quickly taken cared of by the staff. Staff was excellent.

The staff were very nice and the rooms were clean. We had fresh, clean towels changed out everyday. Breakfast was great, and the lobby/dining area was always kept tidy. Great location.

The only thing I found a little inconvenient was that there was only one washer for laundry (they did have 2 dryers)…a minor thing if you don’t plan to do laundry.

The front desk people were exceptional! I loved how secure the facility was with key cards necessary to enter the stairs and elevator. The room was clean and perfect for my needs. I was a little surprised by the location next door to a movie theater and restaurants but it was fine.

Parking is a little different due to the surrounding businesses. I would have liked more designated hotel parking.

Value was excellent. Parking availability was excellent. Multiple businesses nearby within walking distance. Excellent and convenient location. All of the staff were very friendly and professional.

One of the beds was very noisy, any movement would wake up my family in the other bed. Housekeeping only serviced the room every other day (which was communicated but would have been nice to have the beds made up every day, even if the linens were changed less frequently).

I have stayed at this hotel several times and always a good experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really good. The rooms are large and comfortable.

Rooms are not exactly sound proof. You can hear your neighbors. If you are a light sleeper (as I am) - I suggest you ask for a room on the 4th floor and in a quiet area of the hotel.

Great, friendly staff went out of their way to help us. Thoughtfully appointed rooms with mini-kitchenette that's modern and space efficient. Good bed. Sofa bed was nice to have. Good shower and bathroom setup (no tub though). In an area that is close to restaurants etc. Very easy parking. We didn't use the breakfast service, but it looked good and the common eating area is nice - airy and spacious.

Only complaint is the bedding for the sofa bed. Could have used a more substantial blanket.

Both breakfast and location were exceptional. Movie theater on one side and Texas Roadhouse on the other. What more could you ask for? The facilities are the most impressive with the dishwasher, microwave , full size fridge and ability to cook. Will seek out anytime I'm traveling from here on out

The price, but honestly it's fair for all that is provided

Hotel is in great location near restaurants,grocery stores and main streets. The staff are friendly and polite. The entrance door looks small but it opens into an open and inviting modern space.  Generally, clean with hand sanitizers and wipes available for guest to use in every floors. Our room was spacious with great layout and  modern fixtures. Very clean including the carpets , kitchen & bathroom tile floors. We particularly love the kitchen with all the modern appliances and basic dishware. There is a dishwasher and a sink ( but no stovetop). Great storage and shelving for clothing & stuff. Good day and night room lighting.  We love the sofa as extra seating and mini table. Sheets and linens were clean.

The bed was not comfortable. It was smaller than we thought it would be. They said it will be queen size ( and we use queen size at home) but more like full bed. It is also too soft and makes alot creaky sound. Not for us, it gave us body aches. The bathroom also was smaller with a standing shower. It would have been nice if they had adjustable shower handle. No hair conditioners and lotions provided. Internet was weak,we had to call their IT specialists to get a connection. Note that this room do not have stovetop.  Television was buffering and pixellated  at night.
