Nice value and location. Staff was very friendly. They fixed the problem with my ac promptly. Little kitchenette was available, even though I didn't use it.

The breakfast was just ok. They did have fruit and yogurt. I would have liked bottled water in the room for the coffee machine. But that's probably the only thing that I could complain about. Parking can be a problem if you're coming back to property late, but that's to be expected at any property.

The location was convenient for our purposes. I saw on google maps that the main road (Ronald Reagan Blvd) was closed, so I called ahead to ask about best routes. I sent an email several days ahead (contact this property) through booking.com, but never heard back. The room was large and comfortable. Even though I-25 was closeby, we didn't hear traffic noises.

When we first arrived in the room there was a faint but persistent scent of tuna fish. I tried calling the front desk with no luck, so I went down personally. The person at the desk was helpful and sent a bottle of Febreeze up with me, with the promise of a room switch if that didn't help. She also made note of the room number so they could check it out the next cleaning day.

Loved their breakfast!! Very, very, good with eggs, sausage, and fried potatoes,as well as all continental breakfast choices. It was clean and comfortable. Kitchenette in room was stocked with a few dishes, pans, and silverware. Staff was very friendly!

The back elevator on south end of building was noisy!

Everything! Room was spacious & well appointed, included full kitchen w/sofa, desk & chairs. Lots of closet & drawer space. No teeny soap & shampoo bottles; regular size pump bottles of body wash, shampoo & conditioner installed directly in the shower. Nice touch! Shower had perfect temp & pressure. Lots of clean white soft fluffy towels and spacious counter areas on either side of bathroom sink. Overstuffed pillows, comfy bed, clean sheets & duvet. Coffee, tea & water available in the lobby all day. Staff was extremely friendly & genuinely concerned that we had a great stay. I am clueless as to why this hotel is rated 2.5, actually better than most 3's we have stayed in.

Only draw back in our room, installation of toilet paper roll on open ended bar at end of sink not ergonomically effective to obtain tp without the roll coming off the bar. I am personally not an early riser, so shutting down breakfast service by 9am is a disappointment. Never got a chance to utilize the pool, although based on all the positives, I am sure I would have enjoyed it too.

Everything was fine. Location was great for what we needed. TV channels were enough for what we wanted. I felt comfortable staying there. Loved having almost a full kitchen even though we just needed the fridge for the night. Was very clean and quiet. We would stay again if we needed to.

Water pressure could have been better in the shower.

I liked the kitchenette in the room. There were dishes to use if needed as well & the closet & dresser were spacious!

One of the elevators was out of order but it happens 🤷‍♀️ I also think the room could have used 1 or 2 more towels but really everything was up to my standards!

Everything was great staff the rooms were amazing. I was able to do everything I could do at home.

The only bad thing I can say about this place is the back side entrance smelt has a lot of people smoking to close to the door that when you walked out the door your walking into clouds of smoke.

The staff was friendly. The room was nice and clean. Great location. This is my second time staying here, and it did not disappoint again!

I can't find anything I didn't like about this place. Everything was nice. I didn't eat breakfast, so I can't give a review on that, but they did have cookies in the lobby all the time.

Check-in was quick and easy. Room and hotel were very clean. Rooms were quiet and heard no noise from other rooms or outside. Close to restaurants and other shopping, as well as the conference location I was attending.

Only issue that wasn't the fault of the hotel was the roadwork being done getting to the hotel. Otherwise, everything was great!

I stood her for a week in a suit with my kids and we didn’t wanna go home ! housekeeping doesn’t bother you unless you request service the staff is so nice and welcoming !! clean so cozy !!! the price is perfect !! I’ve paid more $$ for a darn room! compares to a suit with everything !!!! I love the separate bedroom !! the pool and. jacuzzi were clean the week I was there they drained and filled them up 2-3 times !!

they have the same breakfast everyday.
