Very clean hotel, large room, direct TV. Pool and hot tub. P.s. Try the Pagosa Thai restaurant. Great food!

The older man with glasses was a bit rude. I was in the pool with a swim shirt on, and he came in very flustered telling me I couldn't wear a shirt. I explained it was a shirt made for swimming and that it was clean and not a shirt I wear except for swimming. I could tell he didn't believe me. He told me it was because of health dept concerns which I totally understand. Just thought he could have been less abrasive.

The room was nice. It was a pleasant surprise that there was a pool/hot tub area and the hot tub was correct temp- warm enough. And opened early which we appreciate! There was an adequate breakfast. For the area it was a decent value.

Lovely views but nowhere to enjoy them. An outdoor area with some seating would be nice. The bed/ding was nice but the bed itself was not especially comfortable. Nothing to complain about but noticeable. We prefer to be closer to town so we can walk but the rooms get pricier the closer you get so it was a trade off we had to make. The breakfast didn’t have a lot of options that we could enjoy but we’re happy there were hard boiled eggs. But unpeeled eggs and lack of individual salt & pepper was inconvenient. Brewed decaf would have been nice but they did have decaf coffee in tea bag. I believe booking.com warns about this but thinking price was higher than indicated.

This motel was convenient to most everything needed. The rooms were nice and clean. Continent breakfast not terrific but most aren’t. The property felt safe and secure.

They have no elevator. If you have mobility issues this is important to know. Just know to ask for ground floor. Also if you bring a bike know that it isn’t allowed in your room. However they locked it in a room for us until we needed it.

Bed was super comfy. Towels were thick & fluffy & carpet looked new. It was quiet.

The pavement getting to it was in horrible condition. Lots of potholes.

Can't verify dog friendly rooms online. Charge for dog not posted online. Was put on hold for over 5 minutes when trying to call and verify dog friendly room & cost, lost connection in mountains. Got a bit of grief from the desk staff about not verifying dog room available in advance, but in the end it did work out.

This modest hotel is extremely clean and the pool and whirlpool looked inviting, athough we didn’t use it.

The driveway is difficult to find and shared with another hotel and not well maintained. Breakfast was not up to par with other hotels we’ve stayed at on this trip, even the chain hotels off major highways. The tv’s remote control wouldn’t work—a minor thing since it probably just needed new batteries, but a nuisance since it was late at night when we wanted to use it.

Loved the pool. Hot tub didn't work. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast filled us up to hit the road.

Availability

Beds need to be up graded. Sheets, pillow sheets full of stains need to be thrown out and replaced. Cleanliness needs to be better inside and out of the facility

Everything was super clean. Including the lobby, dining room and hallways.

The TV wouldnt connect with my phone to watch movies. Jacuzzi was out of order

Excellent, centralized location. Clean, well kept. Friendly and helpful staff. King room had sufficient space and great shower.

Bed and pillows was not comfortable. Seemed older and outdated.
