Hotel was in a VERY quiet area, GREAT location, this was about $50 to $100 less than everything else that was comparable. I would DEFINITELY stay again. Go 1 mile down the hill to Bruin Coffee shop, PHENOMENAL Breakfast and Coffee mmmm 😊😊 This hotel was awesome for what it was. Staff was great, kind of a stressful time because the whole area was under a Stage 3 pre-evacuation and the poor lady at the desk had a home in the general area.

Breakfast was low point, not bad just no selection and meh.

Very clean hotel, large room, direct TV. Pool and hot tub. P.s. Try the Pagosa Thai restaurant. Great food!

The older man with glasses was a bit rude. I was in the pool with a swim shirt on, and he came in very flustered telling me I couldn't wear a shirt. I explained it was a shirt made for swimming and that it was clean and not a shirt I wear except for swimming. I could tell he didn't believe me. He told me it was because of health dept concerns which I totally understand. Just thought he could have been less abrasive.

The room was nice. It was a pleasant surprise that there was a pool/hot tub area and the hot tub was correct temp- warm enough. And opened early which we appreciate! There was an adequate breakfast. For the area it was a decent value.

Lovely views but nowhere to enjoy them. An outdoor area with some seating would be nice. The bed/ding was nice but the bed itself was not especially comfortable. Nothing to complain about but noticeable. We prefer to be closer to town so we can walk but the rooms get pricier the closer you get so it was a trade off we had to make. The breakfast didn’t have a lot of options that we could enjoy but we’re happy there were hard boiled eggs. But unpeeled eggs and lack of individual salt & pepper was inconvenient. Brewed decaf would have been nice but they did have decaf coffee in tea bag. I believe booking.com warns about this but thinking price was higher than indicated.

The jacuzzi wasn't working. The pool was heated but after traveling in the car for over 6 hours, we looked for a hotel specifically with a jacuzzi. This isn't the first hotel that has had this issue and since we booked through a third party we could not change our reservation. Check the AC, it's pretty noisy!

This motel was convenient to most everything needed. The rooms were nice and clean. Continent breakfast not terrific but most aren’t. The property felt safe and secure.

They have no elevator. If you have mobility issues this is important to know. Just know to ask for ground floor. Also if you bring a bike know that it isn’t allowed in your room. However they locked it in a room for us until we needed it.

First hotel i have ever stayed where the shower actually had great pressure.

Bed was not great. Hot tub not working. Breakfast was laughable.

We had trouble following online directions although we could see the hotel; we ended up coming through parking lots to reach it. Could be operator error. Facilities were nice, and so was the view.

Bed was super comfy. Towels were thick & fluffy & carpet looked new. It was quiet.

The pavement getting to it was in horrible condition. Lots of potholes.

Location was not too far from other business and it was quiet.

Bed was a little wore, dip in it and could hear and feel some springs. 2nd stay the jacuzzi was not in service.

Room large and comfortable bed. Newer flooring in dog friendly room.

Can't verify dog friendly rooms online. Charge for dog not posted online. Was put on hold for over 5 minutes when trying to call and verify dog friendly room & cost, lost connection in mountains. Got a bit of grief from the desk staff about not verifying dog room available in advance, but in the end it did work out.
