Didn't eat breakfast. location was good. staff was very friendly and helpful. Only problem - we had a handicapped room for my husband with a roll in shower. The seal on the floor was not working, and even though we were very careful - water ran clear out of the bathroom to the hotel room door way. We made staff aware, and they were very apologetic.

Wheel in shower - excellent set up - but seal on the floor was damaged - and water ran out the bathroom door, even though we were careful to not point the sprayer toward the shower curtain area.

The biscuits and gravy were excellent. Selection of sides was very good. The area was kept very clean and tidy. Having coffee available all the tome was also very convenient.

The elevator was strange. Would stop at floors not selected. Should have a "Oneway" street sign at exit to hwy.

The coziness, the smell, the shower, the breakfast, the customer service everything was great no complaints at all. I choose to stay at this hotel at this location because it gives a welcoming feeling and the professionalism is A+.

Very clean, modern and well-taken care of property. There’s a hot complimentary breakfast and it is very good.

The timer on the hot tub wasn’t working but it’s not the end of the world.

The Breakfast was great and the waitress was awesome. everything that needed to be warm it was. The waitress was very polite, respectful. Greated everyone with a warm smile. Waitress keep the area clean.

The breasfast could have lasted longer maybe until 10:30. Maybe put a popcorn machine in the lobby with a few snacks of all kind.

Hotel beds were really soft and room was very very clean, really big spacious king size room

I prepaid my hotel so I thought I was all set but than they required on a credit card or bank card a 16 dollar damage deposit fee on your card if you don’t have it and have to use cash it’s a 100 deposit cash fee deposit. I was speaking to them prior to me arriving and was never mentioned that there was a damage deposit fee that’s extra. So if you book with your card just put a little extra to the side I used my cash app card because I don’t like using my bank cards because I was once double charged but not at this hotel

Customer service was great. The room was clean, the breakfast was excellent. I felt very comfortable staying there. I enjoyed my stay there.
