Joe & Rose excellent 'hosts'. Travel was for hurricane evacuation. Joe made me feel welcome, gave me a tour of the property on arrival, and texted me before arrival that room was ready. He gave me his cell number for any issue arising. I locked my key in my room when going to the adjacent restaurant. Within minutes he was at my door. The peaceful property, the upgraded fully stocked kitchen ( dishes, cookware, toaster, full size appliances), all made for a very comfortable stay during a stressful time. I will be back, choose a room with the view of the marina/boats/water/yacht club next time.

It was ideal, but during hurricane Idalia, so concerned about my home, was watching my webcams & weather channel

No breakfast at that location. They have a gym on site. We like to sit on the back porch and watch the boats go by on the river. We like to walk on the small pier or sit under the adjacent pavilion if we need to shelter from the sun. They have new pavement and marked parking lines in front of the hotel. They build a new walkway front the front of the hotel to the back of the hotel between the rooms.

More lighting in the front parking lot when we are getting dropped off at night. So far, our relatives were using their car lights to give us more lighting in the front parking lot. We are getting the lights from the rooms but maybe a big light on a post closer to the road at the entrance might help to show that we are close to the entrance and at the same time will give us more light.

Struggled to find it as it was no longer called the Riverside motel!! thanks for letting us know! No staff available at any point. We had to ring (international call rate) to get access instructions. Nowhere to get information on anything/change for laundry etc. Restaurant staff told me they were open until 8. We turned up at 7.35 to be told they were closed. Probably decided to finish early to go off to watch the superbowl? No breakfast available in n site restaurant so had to go into town

I was happy with all aspects of my stay. The owner contacted me to let me know my room was ready. He was accommodating and friendly. The room was very large and clean. It also looked like it was recently remodeled. There was a relaxing river view and it was minutes from the downtown area. Would absolutely stay again.

Nothing I didn't like but I would like to suggest a clock with a USB port to charge your phone on the nightstand. The room did not have a clock in it.

The location and bed were perfect for our stay. We attended a wedding in Fort Myers and the wedding party all stayed here.

Our daughter's room 304 had a nasty sewer smell...they worked at fixing it, but that was really not acceptable for the amount of money they paid.

Very friendly staff, and very clean room. Loved the updated bathroom, the balcony and the view of the river from our room. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this motel to others.

The only suggestion is to put a table and two chairs in the room in the event a guest wants to eat meals in their room. Our room was large enough for a small table and two chairs. Nothing more needs to be changed, very comfortable stay.

The Rivers Edge Motel was very much accommodating and very pleasant experience. Customer Service is exceptional. The rooms looked like they were newly renovated, and very much clean and cozy. The room fit everyone comfortably and we were all happy with the experience.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

Perfect place to stay in La Belle. The room was outstanding and the staff excellent. The Launch restaurant next door was fantastic with a great river front deck to eat at.

The pool was warm, not your fault at all. Honestly, there wasn't anything we didn't like.

Very nice place to stay. Amazing room very large. Nice kitchen and bathroom plenty of room. Very clean and staff was very nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.
