The location was perfect, clean spacious rooms, good facilities. Reception staff was extremely helpful and friendly especially Dillan who was just super great !

The pool bottom could have been cleaned more often a lot of leaves and debris floating in the pool

The staff was phenomenal!! There wasn’t one staff member who wasn’t helpful and genuinely nice. The breakfast was also delicious! The shower pressure was great, and the water got very hot. It was extremely clean in every part of the hotel, even the laundry area. I really like the free EV charger!

Like any other hotel it was a bit dry, but that’s the only thing I could think of that was a negative!

The A/C!!!!! We walked in our room and immediately turned the A/C down. Never cooled it down to be cold in the room. Woke up continually because it was warm. Slept with the sheet and kicked that off. And I live in Florida so it’s not like I’m from up north.

We liked the location of the hotel to everything. Close to the airport, Dayton race track is right across the street, the beach was a 15 to 20 minute drive, and Embry-riddle campus- which was the reason for my stay. The hotel was very clean and staff was great. Complimentary breakfast in the morning, free on site parking and a swimming pool.

We had some issues with our television. The signal for the television went out on our stay so we had no channels the evening of our stay thru our check out at 12:00.

Updated modern design. Friendly accommodating staff. Within walking distance of other dining options. 2 mins from the mall 5 min from the outlets.

Breakfast was light...but sausage appeared undercooked... coffee was great.

The cleanliness of the bedding- the sheets were worn and stained and the pillows needed to be retired. Also the shower stall needed some bleach treatment and scrub for mold.

NOT A PAID REVIEW! The hotel exceeded my expectations! From the start I was able to get checked in early which was GREAT due to traveling for work. So THANK YOU to the two ladies that were at front desk at around 12:30pm at this hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean, Had a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The gym was good & had enough for what was needed (for me) didn't use the pool but looked nice. Had Free water in the lobby, Breakfast was great. ALSO the cleaning crew was great and friendly & I ended up chatting with them randomly, they even thanked me for staying when they saw I was headed out. Location was amazing! Was walking distance from restaurants & stores. Literally down the parking lot. Overall I will 100% book here again and already planning on it soon even if its for business or just to take a break away from my home town. As someone who has worked in the hotel/ hospitality industry for some time I Thank you for the great Hospitality!

Beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean. Staff was helpful.

Bar closed as someone on vacation, which seemed odd that only 1 person on staff to cover this service? Didnt offer any alternatives.
