I loved the convenience of the snack shop. The breakfast was great and the coffee was amazing! The pool could have used a bit more cleaning and I guess the hot tub may have been out of order I saw ppl trying to use it and couldn't but nothing posted anywhere and it didn't look clean at all. The staff was helpful and nice. We live local and our AC went out and due to the holidays coming up it took a couple of days to get it repaired so we needed a nice reasonable place to stay but close to the kids school. The room was a bit tight and difficult for me to maneuver on my walker and when asked at check in if there were any bigger rooms they said no all the same. That was my biggest problem other than the toilet being extremely low with no handrails of any sorts. Thank you for an otherwise comfortable stay.

Small room and low toilet. Homeless man sleeping on the smoking area bench outside the front door all night the first night but not there the second one.

It was a great location for us. Lots of food places close by. The complimentary breakfast was GREAT compared to most. The staff were extremely courteous, pleasant and helpful. My daughter was having major surgery and this was a great rate and great hotel to be able to visit her and be close by.

Nothing really. We had an issue with the TV & microwave going out two days in a row. But both times someone came right out to fix. The second time actually fixed the problem. Bathroom was a little tiny. But it was just my mol and I… so no biggie.

A lady at the breakfast bar hollered at me when I opened the scrambled egg container to get eggs. She was standing with two plates, waiting for sausage to be put in the empty bin and was mad that I didn’t wait for her to be out of the way before I opened up the scrambled eggs, yet she wasn’t in my way at all. One of the employees came and apologized for her abruptness and rudeness.

Your breakfast area needs to be more accessible to multiple people due to the rudeness of a customer that thought I was too close getting scrambled eggs when she was sitting with two plates, waiting, waiting for her sausage to be put in an empty bin

The comfort and the friendly staff. Also the breakfast selection and the food was good. We met a lady that is staying their for an extended stay due to house flooding. She told us how great your staff has been to her and they make her feel at home. What a great thing to hear about your hotel and staff!

They had a really good breakfast. Cheese omelet, seasoned breakfast potatoes, sausage, waffles, etc. It was close to everything. The beach was about 17 mins away. We had a good time.

The beds were a little hard

Liked the room, breakfast, area, all was pleasant. Also the hotel front desk Bradon was excellent in making sure my stay was good. He was helpful and answering all my questions when needed. Hampton inn is my place to good and relax.

Great check in , asked floor preference, if I wanted to be close to elevator or not..pleasant surprise! Room was small but , functional. Very quiet. Nice breakfast...no pool but, also not a bunch of kids. Would stay again.

The location of the hotel is really good, next to many places and really close to the beach

Rooms are not so big. We were 3 adults and 1 kid in a double room with 2 beds, and we have no space as we expected.

We enjoyed our breakfasts and was in walking distance to a restaurant.

The sheets did not quite fit the bed.

Front Staffed did not act professional this could have been from lack of training. They showed no motivation.

The location was great and the hotel was very clean and maintained very well.
