Very clean, liked having a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot.

The beds were VERY noisy, I've never experienced this before in any hotel room.

Check in was simple with plenty of parking available. Room was clean and VERY spacious. Plenty of room for the two of us. The size of the balcony was more than expected. The location is convenient and next to plenty of food, shops, & public beach access points.

We tried to use our coffee machine to ran hot water for tea. The water did not warm up. Asked for hot water downstairs and they directed me to use the coffee machine.

It’s clean and convenient. A great place for families with kids as they have a pool and still close to the beach. It’s on Scenic but far down enough to escape the traffic that comes with the season. This property has a golf cart service that takes guests to the beach. There is a bar on site and a little snack area. Breakfast is available but it’s $11/pp

The lady at the front desk was amazing!! She was friendly and accommodating. She remembered our names and would greet us as we would come and go! The room was clean and perfect! You could walk across the street to the beach or be shuttled. It was close to everything and within walking distance of Winn Dixie, right through the parking lot. I would highly recommend it.

Honestly, I can't think of anything I didn't like.

The location was amazing, just a short walk to the beach was exactly what I needed for a child who doesn’t like to do a lot of walking. The location to shops and food was also great! Location-wise the hotel couldn’t have been more perfect and convenient!

Breakfast food was okay, but a buffet style breakfast would have been better, than restaurant-style dining. Also the food pantry for pay didn’t have good alternatives to sugary drinks and sodas for kids, like juices and other healthy snacks. I would’ve liked to have seen better options for my child.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Nice hotel overall.

It’s proximity to restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. It would’ve been nice to have complementary coffee or tea in the lobby in the morning. There wasn’t too much to do at night in walking distance for entertainment. Ubers were expensive to keep using everyday. Lastly, the pool was cold so we were unable to swim.

Location is great. Love that is it pet friendly.

I asked for an early check in. Staff seemed annoyed when I asked. I had a dog and nowhere to go. My fault, I know. I asked for a call when the room was ready. I never got one. So I decided to walk back to the hotel with my dog about an hour before check in and … it was ready. But I never got a call. The stay was ultimately fine.

The property was a good 5-7 minute walk to the beach. You need to cross a road in front of the hotel then walk to the left around “Surf Style”. This wasn’t a bad distance or walk. I was 7.5 months pregnant and waddled there and back. If I stay here again, I would want a balcony room.

The only complaint I had was our door didn’t lock when we would leave and sometimes it would. They only had 1 working elevator while we were there. Other than that, it wasn’t a bad stay.
