The property was in a perfect location. Close to Miramar Beach. Close to an excellent breakfast spot Bistrology. Clean, updated and the staff was super nice.

Only one thing I didn’t like. Staff coming in the room while occupied but not present in the room. I was an idiot and left money on the counter. Well it was gone when I got back. The general manager was very helpful and understanding and made everything right.

Had a great stay. The lady with the reddish hair at the front desk was phenomenal. The young girl that cleaned the rooms went above and beyond. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was great sized. Not big TV for a hotel and the staff helped us get our roku hooked up so we could watch our favorite shows at night. The location was ideal with a very short trip to beaches, restaurants and shopping.

Check-in was a little rocky, the guy who checked us in was not friendly and our room was not ready. We left and got some ice cream and came back and he had not even got the status on our room. The ice machine on the third floor was out of commission for most of our stay but they did fix it on the last day, although that didn't benefit us.

The Location of this property is perfect for access to Miramar Beach! There are also countless restaurants and shopping centers within walking distance of the hotel. The staff was accommodating. Free breakfast.

The first room I checked into was not clean there were hairs all over both beds and there was Literally no view.. When I opened the curtain it was a brick wall. Thankfully the front desk attendant switched my room. Also one of the reasons I booked this hotel was for the pool. When I checked in I was informed the pool would be closed for maintenance the entirety of my stay, which is fine but would have been good to know before hand.

My wife and I booked this hotel through Booking.com. The reviews looked good, but on our way there, I asked my wife to also check the Google reviews. After reading them, I started to feel a bit uneasy, which is why I decided to write this detailed review. For this price range and this location, there’s simply no way you’ll find a better option. The location is excellent—right in the middle of restaurants, coffee shops, fast-food chains, and a gas station. The beach (Miramar Beach) is just a 5-minute drive away. The rooms are spacious and practical. The shower area felt a little tight for me, so if you’re on the heavier side it might feel even smaller. Having a mini fridge and a microwave in the room was very convenient. I didn’t notice any issues with cleanliness. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. Breakfast was very satisfying, as you can also see from the photos, and we had it at the hotel every morning before heading out. There was also a 24-hour coffee machine, and the coffee was surprisingly good. If you’re looking for an affordable vacation where you can enjoy the beach and explore the surroundings, this place is perfect. Our daily routine was having breakfast at the hotel, going for a swim at the beautiful beach, returning to the hotel during the midday heat for a drink or rest, and then heading back to the beach for sunset. Most likely, we’ll be coming back again next year.

Better shower area

The beautiful clean room, the big breakfast that’s served in the morning along with helpful staff, the housekeepers are amazing! This hotels decor is so beautiful! It’s also close to many shopping areas, restaurants and of course the beach!

They are in the process of remodeling/renovating and there are things scattered in certain areas. The tv only played one channel(the Discovery channel), the WiFi was down our first night. I traveled with my children so these things were a huge inconvenience for me.

The two-bedroom queen suite with a sofa bed was bigger than we expected. The fresh coffee up front was nice to have all day.

The shower door kept coming off track but my husband being a big guy and handy put it back on track and we notified the front desk and the gentleman (sorry I forgot his name but wears glasses and has long black hair) was very helpful and nice the entire stay. They were booked so he couldn't relocate us but our stay was good and we are familiar with the area very well. The floors could've been mopped better but I wear socks so it wasn't a biggie. The hotel is clean compared to many we stayed at.

Room, staff, location (walked to nearby Mediterranean restaurant, very pricey, good food), Pizza place was much better.

Arrived 20 minutes before end of breakfast time, no regular or decaf and limited food, clerk directed me to lobby coffee which I took the last of, combined decaf and regular to get a full travel mug. Clerk located a couple of muffins for me to take. Reported presence of 'ghost ants' or 'sugar ants' in my room. They are a Florida staple and didn't bother me, maintenance will take care of them before the next client who isn't as understanding.

This property had the nicest hotel staff we have had on our whole trip! Very clean, good complimentary breakfast, and lots of options because of the location

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. Wish other guests would have returned the luggage carts instead of keeping them in their rooms but that had nothing to do with the property. They are newly renovated so there are still some large boxes and countertop pieces in the lobby but it’s not in the way.

The breakfast was nice, can easily find something you’d eat. However the juice machine was putting out water only so we settled for coffee instead. Nice beds, helpful front desk

The mini fridge could’ve been colder it wasn’t quite cold enough for my liking. Not a fan of the soaps they have that are for multiple people to use. I feel like it could be a place for mold to grow considering there is no fan in our particular room nor sure if that is every room though.

The hotel was in a prime location, close to everything. It was always clean and quiet. Every morning the breakfast was hot, fresh and delicious. The staff were all so friendly and great (Pamela and Monica thank you so much). My family and I loved it so much, we are planning our trip next year already to the same hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel!
