I liked that our room had a kitchen. I thought that was cool. It was a nice hotel room, very spacious. Their little store downstairs was convenient, we had bought groceries and we forgot to get salt and thankfully they had salt and pepper packets. Very blessed.

our dishwasher didn’t work, so we had to wash our dishes by hand. also one of the lights in the bathroom didn’t work, but it wasn’t that big of a deal.

Great location, clean rooms.

Had to ask for clean towels everyday, had to bring my dirty ones down to front desk in order to get clean ones. beds were very uncomfortable. no breakfast and the little small shop area they had was pretty much empty.

Any time we come Destin we always stay here. I love because close by everything and right cross streets from our favorite restaurant. I absolutely love the room with the kitchen with a lot space. This our second year staying for Christmas

I wasn't sure what to expect from our "mini-suite". The kitchenette was more than we needed. It was great to have a full sized refrigerator. The recliner was very nice to have. And the extra eating/desk space was most welcome. Free coffee! The little wooded space to walk the dog was nice. She is very shy and will not "go" with people around.

The TV remote did not work very well. We had to get up and point the remote right at the TV to change stations or adjust the volume. I would have liked a mirror to apply my makeup. The bathroom mirror was too far from my face to apply eyeliner very well. A mirror near to a chair would be better. The carpet could use a good shampoo. It was kind of stinky. I would have preferred a room on the first floor for our dog. So many trips in and out.

The staff, Sumer, made our 24th very memorable. Because of the staff member Sumer, my wife and I are already looking forward to returning.

The room was very clean, with a great size and a great location. Friendly staff.

The room was nice just had a minor odor but we opened the window to air it and that helped I assume because they allow pets

The room was awesome, the hotel over all was clean and smelled good.

There were 3 washing machines and 4 dryers. 2 washing machines worked and one dryer. When you have 4 loads of clothes to wash, it can take forever to dry them all and it did. The hot water was an issue as well in our room. However, other than that, it was great.

The rooms were very spacious with a stocked kitchen and a full size fridge. There were free laundry facilities. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

They had "free" coffee but it was undrinkable sludge. There was a coffee maker in the room but we didn't try it. The coffee seemed to be the same type.

Great place to stay! Clean, great location and great customer service. Very easy to check in, and the young lady at the counter was so sweet! Had a great experience overall.

The elevator was down, so we had to take the stairs.

The room size was great. It was also very clean. The staff was also very friendly.

There was a weird smell in the elevator and on our hall. Level 3. Also, it could have been cleaner around the pool area. It wasn't really bad. Just if anything could be improved it would be that.
