It was in a good location.

When we arrived, there must have been a leak/spill/something because there was a high powered blower in our assigned room and an air purifier. We had arrived late and were tired, so we unplugged the blower and laid down. It felt “damp” in there. The next morning, it felt really damp in the room, so I went down to speak to the front desk clerk. She said they couldn’t provide us with a different room because the hotel was “full”, but said to let us know when we left for the day, and she would have someone “on it” and get it taken care of. It was better when we came back to the room later that day.

I liked that our room had a kitchen. I thought that was cool. It was a nice hotel room, very spacious. Their little store downstairs was convenient, we had bought groceries and we forgot to get salt and thankfully they had salt and pepper packets. Very blessed.

our dishwasher didn’t work, so we had to wash our dishes by hand. also one of the lights in the bathroom didn’t work, but it wasn’t that big of a deal.

Great location, clean rooms.

Had to ask for clean towels everyday, had to bring my dirty ones down to front desk in order to get clean ones. beds were very uncomfortable. no breakfast and the little small shop area they had was pretty much empty.

Great location to visit family on vacation

Noisy 2nd floor most of the night, recliner in the room was broken and tipped Mr on the floor, trying to get out of it, with a broken foot rest. But don't get me started about the other customers that I'm sure an NGO is paying their way when I paid over $170

We like everything pretty much , all stuff was nice and kind

It wasn't enough creamer for coffee, in the first 2 day's of our stay, bed sheets was dirty

Any time we come Destin we always stay here. I love because close by everything and right cross streets from our favorite restaurant. I absolutely love the room with the kitchen with a lot space. This our second year staying for Christmas

Room was clean as well as hallways. Parking was reasonably lit.

Elevator wasn"t working the first night. It seemed to be resolved by midday the next day. Room was clean as well as hallways. Could use a few more parking spaces.

I liked just about everything!!

I did not like the fact that the water in the shower did not get hot!! It was lukewarm!! Also, the ice maker in the refrigerator did not work!!

Good place for the family location was good close to the beaches nice workers front desk was always a help

The only thing that was wrong every other day I had to get my key fixed

The room was nice and the staff was great! Love the location we were around plenty of food places and shopping

The room was nice just had a minor odor but we opened the window to air it and that helped I assume because they allow pets
