It was very clean

It was raining when we arrived. I don't like the idea that they don't have a canopy you can pull under to unload. I never saw but one of the things you put your luggage and clothes on. And the bathroom fan was awful loud and the rooms are not sound proof.

Breakfast was excellent, my children LOVED the chocolate muffins. :) The location was super close to the beach, gas stations, grocery stores, etc. What made this vacation AMAZING was Donna and her staff. She’s such a hard worker, but made time to make us feel welcomed. She spoiled my girls, made sure to inform me of local events, best parking, important locations, etc. Russ was night staff and never made me feel like I bothered him- I needed something just about every night we stayed there, he had such a good attitude and was SO helpful. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Destin. THANK YOU Donna for making our stay so special!! <3

The ONLY complaint I have is that the bed was too hard for me, but I know everyone has different preferences.

Good breakfast in the morning. Nice to have breakfast on site and it was ready early in the mornings. Our reservations at a resort were not honored so we found the Comfort Inn at the last minute so we didn’t have time to really find anything. The beds were great and rooms well appointed. Staff was all very friendly.

We were in town for a wedding with lots of luggage and the rooms are pretty small so it was a tight fit. Carpet was a bit dirty, I didn’t want to walk around without shoes.

Location was great. I stayed on the 1st floor and the ceilings were very high with I loved. Basic hotel room but comfortable.

No pool. And I could here my neighbors through the walls. However it was spring break and they were college students so they could have been a little extra loud. Nothing to major to stop me from sleeping.

The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful, my partner and I were MINUTES from multiple beach access points and any kind of food you could think of. We had a blast and loved having a yummy breakfast with the option of going to the gym each day. Our room was always cool and the fridge and counter/storage space was amazing! I will say, for a couple travelling from out of town, it was so nice being able to go to Walmart and keep all of our snacks and drinks in the fridge as it was normal size, not miniature like most hotels. 11/10 for sure would return here.

It was very clean and you can see it is a new place which is makes it more clean. Breakfast was good too. It had a little bit of everything and the stuff replaced immediately after something was done. As soon as we opened the door of the bedroom we smell a nice fragance. The shower was amazing, I really liked the pressure of the shower.

One night there were people watching tv very laud next to us. I woke up around 4 am and I told the receptionist about it and they didn’t do anything.

Terra Langston (general manager) went above and beyond to make sure our stay was incredible. She was kind and made sure that all accommodations were met! What a great person . Lana Jacob’s made sure our room was super clean and we felt we were treated like family. Will stay here again not only because of the property but because the stay was AMAZING !!!!

The location to the beaches, also the convenience to everything else. Tasha ( Ki Ki) was very helpful the entire staff was so polite. I would stay again for sure.

The air conditioning unit kept me up and I had to call the front desk at midnight to come up and fix it. Also, I asked for a 9 am wake -up call and no one ever called my room to wake us up. Other than that the place was great.

Room was nice and clean the bed was comfy. The breakfast was great and hot. I didn’t know they come and clean your room everyday that is a plus!

The ac in room could’ve been a little better. The bathtub everytime you took a shower it was super loud like it was gonna fall through the floor. The room had a weird smell when you walked into it. The elevator was super super slow. Also I always Check for bugs when I get to the hotel like bed bugs etc. I Checked the bed everything was clear the last day I checked the bed there was a bed bug which we didn’t sleep on the bed after that we just ended up leaving and that was after housekeeping came in and changed the sheets and cleaned the room. So that’s another thing to keep an eye out for.

Great location. The room was beautiful with high ceilings . Everything seems new and well taken care of . The best part was the staff and service . Russ at the front desk was a ray of sunshine and made our trip just so much more memorable . The terrific young man to be at the front of this business . Breakfast was a nice bonus. Will definitely be back .
