Staff was extremely unprofessional. Allowing guest to go behind bar and make their own drinks. 2 staff riding bikes in lobby. No one at desk. Everyone hanging out at the bar area

Breakfast is overrated. Based on previous reviews I expected the breakfast to be phenomenal. Nothing special. Same thing every day, no pancakes.

The first room that we got smelled like cat or dog urine. I asked the staff to give us the new room and they were super nice and helpful. My suggestion would be having rooms with pets and without pets ( like smoking/non smoking rooms) because if smb has a serious pet allergy this might be a huge problem. No matter how you clean, animal fur and secrete is still there.

The room was clean and tidy! The beds were very comfortable. The pool was big and nice. If I’m ever in the area again I will definitely come back again.

The breakfast menu could have been better. The pool should have been warm. Housekeeping needs to make sure that the sheets they put on the beds don’t have stains on them.

We stayed 2 nights with 2 kids and 2 pets that travel quite a bit and would definitely stay here again . Pleasantly surprised compared to other pet friendly hotels! Very clean, Quick check in in , Friendly staff .Beds were comfy . The pool was great ! The breakfast offered both hot and cold items with a nice spacious dining area. It was very busy so get there early !Close to the beach ,maybe 2 blocks but still close to everything in town . All in all the stay was excellent!

The prices in the convenience store were very expensive. $4.00 for a candy bar! But I guess that's what you pay for the convenience of it.

Everything was clean and well cared for. Staff was very nice and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was a good touch, waffles are always good.

A little concern about the amount of large dogs checked into the hotel but we never heard any of them while in our room. Our overhead neighbor and his children sounded as though they stomped everywhere they walked and it seemed the children were jumping off of the furniture up until midnight. It did not seem the every other day rotation on towels was working. It didn't work as scheduled but we just asked for towels. At breakfast there were waffles, eggs, sausage but no plates for Monday and Tuesday. Husband stated eggs were too bland no flavor.

We were amazed to find a hotel with bunk beds for our twins who are 12. This worked out perfectly! The room was large enough for the 4 of us. Kids had their own tv and my husband and I had ours. This hotel is a 9/10!! Don’t hesitate to book there. Great staff. Wonderful breakfast. The walk to the beach is less than 1/2 mile or you can use the public parking but it’s hard to find a parking spot. Pool was nice. Washers and dryers were on the same floor as us so we didn’t have to take dirty laundry home which is always amazing!

The location is great, friendly and good breakfast. Clean rooms and lobby area. Also, the pool area is clean and very nice.

This is are second time and I would suggest the halls not be carpet. You can tell people have been letting pets potty in the halls because of the smell. However the whole hotel does not smell it was just the hallway on our floor. Also, would suggest a retractable clothes line in the shower for swim suits.

I had a good night sleep in a comfortable bed. The room was spacious.
