We liked everything. It was our second time staying and we just can’t get enough. I know there are hundreds of other hotels to choose from in Fort Lauderdale but I doubt I will ever stay somewhere else.

I came back up to our room from the beach midday our 4th day there and the door to our room was ajar. I assume the cleaning ladies accidentally left it open. I quickly looked over our things and nothing was missing. I alerted the front desk staff on my way back to the beach.

Very clean, very nice staff, nice room. Liked the Marketplace in the hotel for snacks, breakfast and more. Loved being able to get espresso on site. The morning time server was so sweet. I also had an issue with my toilet in the room and they sent someone up to fix it and clean immediately. Pool was nice. Two hot tubs, drinks at pool bar were good. Food in the restaurant Sand, Surf, and Sun was delicious! Room was great, view was great!

The only issue I had was that during our stay a company was filming a commercial in the pool area and we had to get directed to another Hilton down the street to use their pool. It was inconvient. When I adresses the issue I was told I would receive a credit for my bar tab from the day before but I never received it.

I loved EVERYTHING about the facility!!! The food was amazing, the staff was amazing, and the waitresses were AWESOME!!! Ms. Arlene and Ms. Tajuana from the Illios restaurant were very personal and made you feel like family. Those two women set a powerful atmosphere in the place and made you feel like one of their own.

Only from being a Michigander, I didn't like the color of the water in the facility, I'm thinking it is because it has salt water (in the ocean) that may be the cause of the "yellow color". It was EASY to swim in the ocean and take showers, I just wasn't comfortable with getting in the jetted tub (which I didn't).

The vibe was nice. Location was nice. People were friendly.

Our reservations were not held and made it really tough in the beginning after a long day of travel. They made it right by removing the resort fee (but they said Booking.com has to call them to get it removed - just a pain, but I hope to get a call from someone at Booking so they will change of rate. Then they moved our room again... Just a pain but otherwise things worked out. My name is Dean.

Beautiful views, excellent accommodating staff. Beautiful pool. Right across the street from the beach

The valet service was very busy and confusing. Seemed to be no real system especially on Friday and Saturday due to new roof top bar. Every evening one of the elevators gets blocked off because of the rooftop bar so some days it took a long time to get up or downstairs. There is limited free seating down at the pool and guest go down very early and set up towels, so if you don’t go down to the pool early, you’re not likely to get a spot by the pool They have tons of rental cabanas, but I feel like as much as this hotel cost there should be more free seating. The area itself is very busy. There was cars and noise from early morning till late at night, so be prepared for a lot of commotion.

We loved the breakfast! Concierge was excellent! We had an early arrival and they allowed us to check in at around 7:30 am for a small fee.Took care of our concerns and needs right away. They really want to make their guests happy! The staff all around were welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

There was some construction right by the entrance that was a little bothersome, but only when we were waiting for an uber. The noise level does not reach rooms.

The room was exactly as expected. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I thought the room was quite clean, and we did enjoy the side ocean view from the balcony, and took advantage of it every morning. The staff was very kind and polite. Whenever we had a question, we felt taken care of. The entrance of the hotel and the lobby is nicer than in pictures.

The air conditioning is a little noisy.

location, close to many shops etc, , picturesque view from balcony to ocean, night lights were just as beautiful, staff was courteous, accommodated us at every request , we loved the full kitchen, second bathroom and the jacuzzi tub in the room. i felt secure because there was a elevator floor key and the door had an inside bolt and security latch. super quiet. could have heard a mouse. oh we also liked that there were two separate rooms and tow separate balconies that adjoined. and super huge closet space, (ive never even witnessed a hotel with a walk in closet like that). We ordered out for food and the hotel provided us with kitchen supplies like plates forks and spoons , plus cleaning supplies. we enjoyed our stay.

cold sterile like atmosphere in the room, i wish i had brought a cozy blanky , a robe and some slippers :)

Our room was beautiful. The location was great. The chair and um fella offers on the beach were so pleasant. The pool/jacuzzi area with waitress service was phenomenal.

The woman who checked us in was rude, unprofessional and unknowledgeable. This was our first contact, and if we had not already paid for the room, I would’ve walked out. She was much more concerned with the food her friend brought her than paying attention to checking us in. She should NOT be working as the initial point of contact for customers.
