The pools. The beach was awesome. The veiw from room's balcony was wonderful. Comfortable mattress and pillows. The room size is big.

-No microwave, either heater not available. -Drinking water doesn't available at your room, you should ask the desk service (which is available with them to give you). -The bed base was terrible it is large than the mattress, I don't know it is in purpose as modern style or not, but many time hurts my legs. -TV, I couldn't find some thing suitable for kids, unless you should purchase some kids movies by period of time they offer you!

The staff were very accommodating and helpful to ensure the best experience possible. Arthur was especially great, as well as the front desk staff. Lots of great pool staff consistently checking on us and bring us whatever we needed. It was our first visit and it was definitely worth it. So happy we chose this hotel. Pools and beach were amazing.

The only negative thing was how much garbage guests left in the sand on the beach. I find that quite disgusting and disrespectful. Lots of cups, garbage and cigarettes just left in the sand. You would thing people would clean up after themselves instead of littering and letting plastic and garbage get into the ocean.

The hotel has an amazing beachfront location. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy free kayaking or paddle-boarding. The lobby and the gym are very modern and spacious. The staff were very helpful and met all my needs. The room was spacious and had a nice rain shower in the bathroom. The staff at the beachfront bar went above and beyond. Breakfast was delicious at the Counter Point Cafe and the Point Royale Restaurant.

The restaurant food during dinner was underwhelming. I wish the ice-cream shop was still open. Thankfully, the hotel is a short Uber ride from other nice restaurants.

Absolutely loved the location, our room amd the staff and amenities.

We had dirty ware glasses, one was stuck to the cabinet and had visible grime, including lipstick smudges and fingerprints. That was disgusting especially since we were about to use it! Towels had worn holes in them. We thought there were excessive amenity charges and felt it should have been inclusive considering rhe price we paid for our room.

Good access to beach, pool. Good for family as it offers vibe which if good for families and youngsters.

No house cleaning was done in our room. We had asked for it few times but still the cleaner missed it. Parking is too pricey…better to park at public car park near the hotel at half the price.

Personal was excellent. In special Fiona from Point Royal restaurant , Jesse on the Front Desk and Leynier in Valet Parking were above and beyond.

No activity on the pool at night. The food on the Pool restaurant was not up to the level I expected. The choice for the shower in the room was not the most comfortable.

The daily itinerary of activities for the kids and in general. The pools were nice, the staff were friendly and overall we love staying there for the views and the facility itself.

We had some issues with our bathroom sink or toilet making a high-pitched squealing sound throughout the night and the coffee machine was awfully loud for an Nespresso. I wish there was also a better option for room service I'm not sure if you were able to call things in over the phone or not but we couldn't quite figure it out.

The hotel is really good. staff and services where attentive to us and fast service.

What I did not like is there are no restaurants for dinner. There is one on the property Prime Steak house. Which is great but other them. There is nothing else. The cafe closes at 9pm. The breakfast buffet restaurant should be open for dinner.
