The check-in process was easy (other than our trouble getting through the gate because our gate code was incorrect). The outdoor patio seating was nice. Proximity to Wal-Mart was convenient. Proximity to Disney wasn't ideal, but was ok.

Poor communication with property manager. It is expected for the pool/hot tub to be heated prior to arriving as part of our stay instead of as an added charge. Even when we tried to get in the unheated pool, it was dirty and filmy. Advertised to provide some laundry soap, but there was none. Providing bare necessities like shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap is not a courtesy, it's a must for a rental house. We witnessed many cars being towed in the neighborhood for barely being over the sidewalk line. Some driveways with 5-7 bedroom houses couldn't even accommodate 2 cars in the driveway. The garage (aka game room) smelled musty and like mildew (or something dead). It is unfair to expect guests to bring their OWN pool towels and only offer one bath towel per guest and one toilet paper roll per bathroom. Scissors were not included, you'd be surprised how often you need them unless you don't have them. We had 2 blenders, but no scissors? A cheap hotel at least offers some coffee/tea supplies, but this rental didn't. The TV's were hilariously small for the space. The furniture seemed out of place and sparing. We opened the dishwasher and saw a small roach. One of the drinking glasses was broken inside the cabinet. Basic cleaning materials should be provided if the expectation is for us to have left the house in the same shape it was when we arrived. The floors were dirty. The gate code originally provided to us did not work. The home needed to include a guest book/local information/discounts for attractions/restaurants/a guide to the home. More than a single 8.5x11 flyer posted at the door. One of the bedrooms looked like the bedding hadn't been changed as it had short curly hairs all over the fitted sheet. 4/10 do not recommend unless major quantities of changes are made.
