Location and security were awesome. The unit was ok but was hoping more for the value

Had some damaged blinds all around the house, no ceiling fan, no pots n pans and one room had no light at all

Like the quietness and gated of the community. Didn't experience the pool. The location was good. Close to everything we wanted except Volcano Bay. It was about 30 to 40 mins. It is in Kissimmee, though, and most parks are over by international drive. We did everything there except Volcano Bay, so it wasn't bad. Need sheets/ blankets available for pull out, but we didn't use it. I didn't like the cracking noise of the tub. It was very clean, and the few issues, Brandon was contacted, and he took care of it quickly.. I didn't have many bad issues except the downstairs toilet issue. He did send someone right away to try take care of. Overall, it was good stay with minor issues. It can use a little upgrading, though.. Overall it was ok we were gone majority of the time.

The crackling tub. Patio furniture needs replacing. Didn't like there was no extra trash bags, rags, etc. They did bring few extra towels.once called. But it was only 1 rag per bathroom, and it was 4 of us.

The place was very clean and smelled really clean as well. How spacious it is . The quiet community and the pool was great !

The cable went out and the ac went out a couple times . Also no wifi but the host provided us with a hot spot box in the mean time which was great. The kitchen could be more equipped, no pizza cutter/baking sheets. No oven mitts. Limited kitchen tools but had lots of glassware and tableware . Would be great if we were provided garbage bags and extra toilet paper. We had to purchase toilet paper for our stay (11 days).

We booked very last minute, but the owner was communicative and friendly and we were able to continue our holiday without fuss. We were very happy with the house. It was comfortable and the facilities were really good, which we took full advantage of. There was a patio with chairs outside and a lovely balcony for restful early evenings in the sunshine.

The kitchen was well equipped but maybe a little short on pots and pans. These were limited (one large saucepan and a tiny frying pan). However we managed to adapt. The other great facilities more than made up for this. There were a couple of minor cleaning oversights when we arrived but these were easily rectified by myself.

Seclusion. No one bothered us and we didn’t bother anyone else.

The couches need a cover, a little crusty.

I have stayed here before and it was amazingly beautiful, peaceful, great price and convenient. I had to rebook it again

Nothing was actually unsatisfactory

Our stay was an excellent value. The townhome offered great amenities. We enjoyed the playgrounds and the pool area is nice.

The townhome needed some TLC such as caulking around the tubs and showers. We also had some issues with the dishwasher.

Brandon was awesome. The prior reservation I had double booked two families, and he took care of us within 15 mins and had me and my kids some place to stay. That meant alot to me because we were 6 hours away from home.

it was quite.I had to book this at last minute due to other condo I paid for didn’t contact me after I got to Orlando . Brandon helped me with this townhouse it only took 15 minutes.to book and was very pleasant to speak with
