it was the position we needed

we had huge trouble finding it. The sign on the highway is not very clear. The hotel is hidden away behind a catering supplies establishment, so noypt easy to find if you dont have GPS. We left a bag behind and had yo drive nearly 3 hours to retrieve it. Housekeeping kept it safe, thankfully. The hotel would not send it on for us. so nearly 5 to 6 round trip. Totally our fault for leaving it behind but some more help would have been appreciated.

Great location, Near the airport, and many places to eat in and shop from. great staff at the reception, i enjoyed my time there, if i am in the area i will for sure come back.

the room could have been cleaner, I strongly suggest for the hotel to pay more attention to the housekeeping and their cleaning.

Staff was really nice, from front desk to housekeeping. Central location of hotel was good, close to Orlando parks and lots of things to do in the remote area, however there is construction on the premises which blocks the entrance and exit. Didn't get to use pool but looked clean. Great place to stay at if just there to sleep and not spend time on the location. Beds were comfy!

Truck stop like/extended suite type. Pictures were deceiving to some extent. No breakfast available any day we stayed. Only coffee was offered. Better deals in the area for the better quality.

Location is close to shopping centers/food drink/entertainment. Clean, well kept room and landscaping. Room decor is up to date and appliances worked without issues. Staff very friendly!

The neighboring properties are a bit of an eyesore, but nothing that would discourage me from staying again.

I'd give this 10/10 if there were staff on site. Although the people manning it were fine, I just didn't like the check in/out machine.

The location was great. The room was very nice and comfortable and it was a very quiet place for resting

The trash cans in the room are too small and they get full super fast. I don't know how often the personnel has to clean the room, but I wish they have done it more frequently in order to keep the trash cans empty. Other than that, everything was great

The kitchenette was very neat and attractive. Beds comfortable.

The toilet seat shifts around. It needs to be secured. The phone doesn't work. And the number on the phone says 210 instead of 213. Also, the message light on it is flashing. It was a little disturbing while trying to sleep. Something is wrong with the frame of the bed closer to the bathroom. It seems like something is broken under the side closest to the bathroom when you sit on it.

The rooms were very nice and clean. The front desk staff was wonderful! Every request I had was met with a smile and quick service. Beds were very comfortable. On trip for daughter's softball tournament. The location was great; in between the fields and Epcot. The rates were outstanding! Our room had microwave and refrigerator. If I am in this area again, I would definitely stay here.

Super CLEAN! Beds & those pillows were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in! I’m gonna try to find one of those pillows to buy for my own house!

Very easy to miss the turn from the road b/c it’s kind of set back from the main road.

The room was ok, the beds, the services included in the price was very good.

We had a inconvenient with the smoking and weed smell in the room when we arrived. Sometimes people smoke outdoors and the fume permeate the room and we reserved for Non-Smoking rooms. And we are still waiting for the refund for leaving 1 day earlier.
