The location works great for our needs and we come to this hotel very often. The staff knows us by now and always accommodates our needs. The bed is pretty comfortable and the room is always clean. They added more outlets when my last review commented about needing more outlets, and sure enough the next time I went they had added more outlets to make our stay more comfortable. I appreciate their efforts to make people happy with their accommodations. I have never had any issues staying here and recommend it.

I have been going to this hotel several times now and they already know who I am. This is our usually stop in the middle of longer trips. They have been super accommodating when we have gone and always help us in anyway they can. The rooms are always clean and the beds are fairly comfortable. We always go back here because of the staff service that has been always excellent.

Wish they had more outlets to plug in devices.

The room was spacious and very clean. The man at the reception desk was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of parking on premises.

Felt a little constrained about having to chick in between 3 PM and 10 PM but I made it work.

Great location for everything, swimming pool was nice and clean, parking lot was clean over all, staff was friendly. Everything was close to the area.

This hotel was located within a 5 minute walk from Krush Brau Park, the venue for an Octoberfest celebration which was the reason for our trip. While the hotel is an older property we found it comfortable. Everything in our room worked as intended. The beds were very comfortable.

I don't think the hotel's amenities raised it to the category of "Resort" and therefore the $10 daily Resort fee was really not justifiable. It appeared to be an easy way to improve revenue without changing the advertised room rates. There are lots of similar properties in the area that do the same, so what this hotel is doing is typical for the area.

The hotel rooms are large and clean. The refrigerator and microwave oven are in the room, which is very convenient.

Excellent staff service. Very clean and comfortable. Close to shops and restaurants. I recommend it.
