For your information, I believe there is no elevator to access the second floor. So, if you have any mobility limitations, I recommend requesting a room on the ground-level floor in advance.

I have stayed here multiple times and gave to say its my favorite motel. However it seems this last year the cleanliness has been a bit left to the side. My room was a bit dirty and had a weird smell. But the satff made it right and not only did they took care if it but they did it fast. I will still return but it worries me that my favorite place might be in trouble.

The hotel is conveniently located near Disney World, making it easy to reach the parks within a short drive. This was a major advantage for us, as we were able to maximize our time at the parks without long commutes.

The only minor complaint we had was about the towels. They were small and scratchy, which detracted slightly from the overall comfort of our stay. However, this was a relatively minor issue in the context of an otherwise wonderful experience.

Unfortunately I didn't get to stay at this location because I use a wheelchair and they only had downstairs availability. What I will say is that they're very honest. Nice in the place seem very clean and they gave me a refund even though booking didn't offer them because of the confusion of not being able to get me into a room. They even tried to get a returning guest to trade rooms with me so they could give me a downstairs room at the guest was unwilling. They are very nice and if I have the opportunity to stay there I would absolutely stay. Seems like a very nice family-owned hotel for people that care

The staff was helpful to accommodate us even at 3am in the morning. Location is good. Clean property. House cleaning is good. Room size is good. Good value for money!

The air conditioning and toilet exhaust are noisy. Toilet drain smells a bit.

It was quiet, clean, the pool was beautiful. The a/c worked great, the pillows were fluffy, the floor was clean.

The WiFi was uncooperative so I did not get to use the WiFi. I think they need an easier or more efficient solution for gaining access to the internet. I also wish the mini fridge had a freezer compartment

Very clean! Looks like it was a roadside motel years ago- room was updated, just as pictured. Easy to find- easy check-in and check out. Staff was helpful and nice. FYI, staff is not there from midnight until morning- there is a phone number provided for that time.

Floors looked clean but whatever is used to clean the floors didn't do its job. The bottom of my white socks were so black I just threw them away.

Clean comfortable and great price especially for last minute change of plans. Near the road so that can be a little loud but would stay there again. Near lots of stores and restaurants.
