Property is in a great location and the price is not bad at all. Though there is a $50 deposit at check in but you get it right back. Love the staff they are professional and polite.

Not enough outlet plugs and the lighting is very dimmed in the rooms. Breakfast is chaotic and very limited.

The cleanliness and staff. I also liked the references to God and all of the positive sayings throughout the facility.

One elevator per building is not enough. The wait time is too long. I didnt like walking so far to have breakfast. Also, the oatmeal was cold and the toaster didn't toast the bread much.

They wanted to charge $25.00 to check in an hour early so people were showing up then hanging around. Once they did open check in ,they then had a line of around 20 people all trying to check in at once with only one staff member doing check in, hence a 30-40 minute check in. This seemed somewhat churlish and could have been avoided.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is great.

Great location for visiting Kissimmee, Orlando, and other nearby attractions. The lobby felt very luxurious, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast exceeded expectations — definitely more than your typical continental offering. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully organized. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to the three wonderful and really cool ladies Kiara, Alanys, Andrea at the front desk who went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. We especially loved the setting by the large lake, complete with a small boardwalk, cozy pool area, and cabanas. The property also offers a spacious parking lot and is fully enclosed by a fence, adding a sense of privacy and security.

Nothing to complain about.

The first feelings of the hotel were almost astonishment. We felt like in a luxurious resort. Nice marble reception, fancy equipment on the upper floor + a kids' playroom next to the reception. The swimming pool was nice and clean. The room was nice, tidy. The hotel staff was friendly and helped me when we needed to print some documents. If you search for a good and affordable hotel near Disney parks, this one is a great option.

To mention some negatives, the outlook from our room was on the dumpster section. Still, not a big deal. The shower box was massively leaking water (mentioned on departure to the reception) The hotel announces a European-style breakfast, however, it is far from what we are used to in Europe. OK, fair enough to say, it is far better than what is common in other US hotels. Not very good eggs and sausages, a little bit of boiled vegetables, two bowls of fruit, cereals, and a waffle station. No ham, chees, assortment of bread, fresh vegetable,... But, concerning the price of the hotel, it was a very good choice.

We stayed at this Hotel for one night when we had to be out of our Villa as our flights changed. We asked if we good have a late checkout, the staff were very helpful in allowing this. They were all lovely, so friendly. The rooms were also nice and clean too. It was very good value for money too with breakfast also included.

The breakfast area was all a bit chaotic. Not enough tables and the times not long enough. It was only 7.30-9.30. There was a lovely choice of food but too many people queuing for toast machines, only 2 and waffle machines. It could have helped maybe if the times were extended as there were far too many people there at one time.

The hotel is excellent, the hot breakfast was delicious, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The bed was a dream, I wish my bed at home was the same. They have a heated pool, open year around, a nice lake with hammocks and outdoor picnic areas. They have a super nice community deck on the pool end and every room has it's own balcony. It's very close to Disney World and Animal Kingdom. A park shuttle isn't available yet but for what you save on room and free breakfast you can drive to the parks and pay parking and still come out way ahead.

The location is really good, but I would have rather it be closer to Icon Park or other smaller fun places but you can't have everything.

We loved that the property was in a gated lot. It was absolutely beautiful. They have a gorgeous lake and a cute little dock with fairy lights. The pool was wonderful and relaxing. My kids enjoyed going out for a swim before bed and was able to play in the little kids area as well they have outside. The outside is very luxurious feeling and had so much for the family to do and enjoy. They have some hammocks outside some game set up. It’s a wonderful place to stay if you’re needing a day to relax from the hustle and bustle of the area. The rooms were decently clean. You can tell that they have been doing some renovations to improve on the indoor space. They have a very large spacious breakfast area. That is adorable. The staff were wonderful, friendly and inviting.

Location for us was great. We had stayed here years ago-and they have updated the hotel and grounds. Breakfast was very good, hot and very nice bright sunny room. Staff-was very pleasant and came and cleaned tables quickly. they had fresh fruit. Liked the gazebo and looking at the lake.

-beds too soft for my liking -besides the front desk, the rest of staff didnt speak english-I think they shld at least speak a little bit to communicate with the people staying there. We had a problem with coffee maker and the maid had no idea what we were saying and just said No English and turned away. I caught another staff member walking thru hallway and stopped him-he also didnt speak English BUT he took out his cell phone and we used the translator! at least he tried.
