The pool and facilities. The bed was comfortable.

You could hear the rooms next door through the walls and people simply moving on their dining room chairs. The chairs on the deck were older as well as the unit dated.

It was a great place to stay. People were very friendly, the kids loved the pool! Did not have a lot of time to partake of the other amenities, pickle ball and tennis. I have stayed there before, and the room was fine. We had requested adjoining rooms, which were not available, but we did manage to be on the same floor. I personally found the beds to be a little hard.

As stated, we were supposed to have adjoining rooms, but none were available. My mother had issues with the toilet being very low and the tub very high and hard to get into and out of. Also, the jacuzzi part of the tubs did not work. Also, I was double billed for our stay (You booked 4 rooms and charged me 2x). I have tried to contact you by email, but have not been able to get thru. I would appreciate being reimbursed for the second 2 rooms. Thank you.

The staff were all so polite and helpful. That was the best part of our stay, but the apartment was clean. When we had a problem with the kitchen faucet, they took care of it immediately. When we called for more toilet paper, they brought some. The only thing is they said they couldn’t bring extra shampoo/ conditioner other than the original small containers. It’s nice to have enough without buying our own. The pools were great. The activities there were nice. The ice cream cones at the store were excellent. Beds were comfortable- location perfect!

The above thing about the shampoo/ conditioner is the only thing. Just a little thing though. Other stuff more important.

When we first arrived, the room that we were assigned had also been assigned to another couple, so that was frustrating. The man who made the mistake didn’t even acknowledge us or apologize for his mistake and no accommodations were made. The parking sucked, if you leave out and come back after a certain time you may not get a parking space near your building. Also I don’t know if I overlooked it or if booking.com doesn’t provide the info, but on top of the hotel fees, there is also a $200 refundable deposit that has to be paid at check in. I may have overlooked that part, idk.

The staff was amazing, the rooms were clean and great for a big family to stay comfortably. The grocery store is a little pricey but for the convenience it's totally worth it. Their milkshakes were superb and their adult drinks were just right. Second stay for us and this is definitely our go to place to stay when we visit Orlando. If I could give 6 stars I would.

There was one small cabinet in the side bath that was unsecured so we had to be extra careful not to knock it down getting towels the Internet connection isn't great but if you're not relying on WiFi to get a project finished from your room, they have an office area near the arcade and gym that you can use so still not bad.

I love how efficient and professional the staff was it was an easy check in and check out process. I also loved the festivities they had during the day like karaoke and hula hoop contests for the kids. In our room was clean when we checked in the last time it wasn't so it was better this time.

How the furniture was dirty and outdated in the bathroom was also outdated if they could upgrade some of their furniture and bathroom amenities it would take it up a notch it would make the experience much better for the customer.

There were lots of activities, it was safe and secure and easy access to restaurants, shopping and Disney.

The beds were dated and extra firm and the floors of our accommodations had some kind of film on them that was not comfortable or clean to walk on.

The resort is in a perfect location! They have a Restaurant and Gift Shop on the premises, everything on their menu is delicious and fresh and also their gift shop is incredible, they have everything, etc. also have a Salon / Massage which is magnificent and recommend it highly!

The room needs to be updated and bathroom needs to be cleaned. The appliances were very disgusting they had spider webs and other creatures in the coffee maker and in the toaster. That was my main complaint and issue. But overall, I would stay there due to the amenities and the events that they have and the location.

The facilities were great. The on-site shop didn’t have loads but enough for the basics, but typically priced high for convenience. The pools were a great size and the staff around the pools were very helpful. Generally the facilites were really good. Can’t fault the location either for all the parks and plenty of shops and restaurants within a 5 minute drive or less.

The staff were helpful but not the happiest. We had a 3 bedroom interconnecting style apartment. It was huge, but so dated and had seen better days. The building next to us was being renovated though so hopefully they will do that to all of them.

The resort itself was wonderful - the pools were awesome, staff were helpful, and the grounds were lovely. The location was great, very close to Disney Animal Kingdom and an easy drive to shops, restaurants, other activities, etc.

The room itself was very spartan and needed updating (paint peeling in bathtub, very very basic kitchen, not even a filter for the coffee machine, etc). I'm glad the price was so low, and I felt like it was a good deal, but I'm glad I didn't pay a higher rate, given the room. I'd absolutely stay again, no problem, but it's best to go to a grocery store for the basics instead of the incredibly over-priced resort shop.
