I liked that it was a townhome, room for a family of 6. Once there I really liked that the townhome came with a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. The staff was very friendly. There is so much for kids to do.

I slept in the king bed and that bed was so hard my back was killing me. The twin beds in the other room were much more comfortable. I’m not sure what the resort fees actually cover, I understand you staying there allows you access to the swimming pools, hot tubs, water slides and lazy river. However everything else required additional money. They inform you there is an activities schedule everyday but everything on the activity schedule you better be prepared to pay for. This is not included.

Water slides, pool, lazy river ,music and all the entertainment. The villas were great! Price was great!

Such a tiny coffee maker. Would love a regular size coffee maker and smoke alarm went off every time the oven door was opened , almost like a heat sensor, as there wasn't any smoke? But other than that... everything was awesome!

Amazing. We will definitely be back. The staff was so friendly and helpful! The pool was amazing and always clean. Tons of activities for the kids! The rooms were clean..but not deep cleaned. There was dirt in the cracks of the floors (shower, door ways, kitchen). But not enough to bother us. I would just bring extra cleaning supplies if it would bother you. Location is a 10/10 as well!

Due to some bad reviews, but more good reviews we decided to book fantasy world resort. I am so glad that we did do not let the bad reviews stop you from experiencing this resort and everything it has to offer especially if you have children my husband and I had an amazing time in the cabana by the pool while the kids participated in the poolside events that they have all weekend long . We are returning with family in October!

The only thing that we would change is the 10 AM check out, but that is just because we had such a good time. We didn’t want to leave.

The resort is clean and the pool was nice!

What I didn’t like was having my visa charged by the resort the full price of what I paid at booking.com! When I was at the resort I had mentioned this to them and they said it wasn’t them but it was them. They told me it was booking and it was not booking.com. I am glad booking.com helped me to get my money back. I went on a vacation to relax I came home having to deal with my Visa card being double charged by the resort! It took my time to sort it out all out to get my money back. So , watch your statements so it doesn’t happen to you!!!

The pool, lazy river, water slides and warm/hot tubs were all amazing! There were so many different activities scheduled throughout the day. We didn’t have time to experience them all but can’t wait to come back to do just that. The rooms were a great size and offered everything we needed.

The rooms were a bit dusty and outdated but served their purpose.

The amenities were great for the most part. Our town house was nice and clean but outdated for sure. In need of an overhaul.

The staff on the 1st day around the pool and bar were great. The next day not so much. The bartender at the pool was no where to be found on a number of occasions and when he did arrive was not friendly or hospitable. The bingo lady was miserable and played on her phone and didn't engage w guests as the host did the day prior. The waterslide stairwell was gross .The yellow waterslide was not very safe. My husband, sons and a few other guests I heard them say they all hit their head inside of it. There definitely needs to be more shade or umbrellas provided on the pool deck! The pool deck itself was unbearably hot. They should add some sprayers to keep it cool.

We loved all the staff, amenities, townhouse, and their pond. It was a wonderful time down there because of Fantasy World Resort. We will surely be going back at some point. We loved having a washer and dryer in our townhouse. We loves the mattresses. First place we have ever stayed with comfy beds. Two bathrooms are a must with four kids, so that was perfect. We loved having our own/private screened in porch. The place was super clean. We had groceries and food delivered right to our door. It was great, I could go on and on.

We loved everything. I saw some bad reviews about the place, but those people stayed in a townhouse that wasn't owned by the property. I always recommend checking to make sure you are staying with Fantasy World Resort.

Perfect resort with a very nice pool! Apartments are clean, plenty of space and well equipped. Staff very friendly. They helped us wonderful with getting tickets for Disney world.

Clean, beautiful, amenities

The aircondition is set to a certain temp. We can’t adjust it to our comfort. Since we came from cooler state, we are used to lower temp. But they try to accomodate us when i called the frontsesk.
