I don't understand the bad reviews. We're not the easiest people to please, and this place was REALLY worth the money. We got a 2 bdrm, 3 BATHROOM suite with a full kitchen and a balcony, for less than a tiny hotel room. Could it use a face-lift, sure. But it was very clean and the employees could NOT have been more kind.

Could use some sprucing up, but it was perfectly fine.

I travel often with my mother that has dementia so the accomodations were exactly what we needed. As well Fabiola was awesome n warming making sure we were comfortable at all times. When we checked out Mrs Cynthia was very hospitable n welcomed us back again. Thank u all again for the hospitality def will recommend to family and friends.

I loved the kitchen amenities (ie, stove, fridge, pots and pans, etc.). The place was bigger than I thought & the room itself was huge and had a jacuzzi. I would recommend this place for someone who's looking to cook their own food instead of eating out.

There were some lights out in the hallways on my floor making it dark in certain areas at night.

Property was nice, and conveniently located near anything you’d want to visit. Price was very nice with the amount of room.

Nothing major, just small things like a couple of bad drywall patches or rusty shower curtain rod brackets but nothing that would negatively impact the quality of our stay.

Staff are all SUPER NICE, eager to help, and personable. This is our third time at this property in the last year. Location, fantastic. Cleanliness is excellent. And quiet hours are enforced, which we really appreciate. LOCATION is perfect. Airport close, and all Disney even closer, about 15 minutes or less. We look forward to staying here again. GREAT VALUE.

We liked everything about it. No complaints at all.

Loved everything about my stay. And for a great price, The staff , room and pool was lovely, my babies loved it. My oldest stayed less than 10 minutes away visiting family so I was happy it was really close to her. Close to a lot of things , overall our stay was wonderful Check in and out was good Very friendly, nice and respectful staff We will be returning soon

There was nothing to dislike

The apartment was spacious with a separate bedroom and great kitchen facilities . The pool area was nice and the gym was great ! Very new with ga good range of machines . Having a games room was a bonus as we could hand out here until check in time .

The bath wasn’t clean when we arrived

We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the morning with coffee watching the wildlife play and in the evening after a long day of activities relaxing with a drink sitting out there enjoying the wonderful weather. Everyone we had contact with was polite and friendly. Nice accommodation and very clean. Great value and close to parks.

The sofa could have been a little more comfortable it could use some better sofa cousin.

Even through a hurricane and computer problems they went out of their way to accommodate and help us and I applaud them 👏👏👏

I was not told by booking.com, nor the property that I had a certain amount of days I was allowed to stay. I didn’t learn this fact until 9:30 in the morning when I called the front desk at the vet to tell them I extended my stay, and I was told I needed to check out.
