The overall room was great, comfy beds that suck you in after a long day

They need to be better about the toilet paper situation, we didn't even have a full roll. That's truly my only complaint

Cleanliness was ok.

Outside was horrible.

Great location, easy to both drive and catch lynx bus to Disney parks. Free shuttles to parks not at great times (only 4 buses total each day, so don’t rely on that). Breakfast perfect for what we wanted (waffles, pastries, eggs, bread, sausages, potatoes). Breakfast room was very busy on our first morning (Sunday) but every other day we got a table no problem. Staff exceptionally friendly especially the man who checked us in on Saturday 26th July. Lots of good cheap restaurants nearby. Pool not currently available but we knew that before booking, and we were allowed to use a pool a few minutes down the road if we wanted, including getting towels there too. Free parking.

Not the cleanest room, bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly before our arrival and during our stay (hair on floor behind door).

It was newly and beautifully renovated. What a pleasant surprise it was! Also the breakfast was quite nice and complimentary

All employees were super nice and helpful. Beds are super comfy and plenty of pillows. They had a good breakfast that consisted of waffles, eggs , sausage, potatoes and the basics like bagels, toast, Danish and fruit. There is a small pool, didn't get a chance to use it, but it's there. For the price, this is an awesome place.

There was very few things I didn't like. The line for the waffles could get long, but there was enough other stuff if you don't want to wait. Would like a table or a comfy chair for times in the room. There are only 2 small drawers and a small place to hang clothes, not long enough to hang a dress in. But for the money these small inconveniences are just that, small.

Breakfast can be skipped, or if you wish to have it, can be taken to the room which is best, dining area and food setup very small and it gets crowded. Aside from their setup, guest do not know how to take turns or follow a line pattern in the room to get the food. It's not lost in translation. It's just people without manners, that think that food will run out ans they must get the items before they are gone. If you can afford to skip the hassle, just skip breakfast.

All good if you need a room to sleep for the nite as they are spacious and the beds are comfortable and clean. Do not expect amenities.

The staff at the hotel was kind and helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was a fridge and microwave that helped us with your stay for the week. The location of the hotel was great for anything we needed (Wal-Mart, restaurants, gift shops) and was around 12-15 minutes away from Disney World. The parking was always available and it was easy to come and go.

The room/bathroom could have been cleaner in my opinion. There is clean-up scheduled ever other day, but I am wondering if any floor sweeping or vacuuming was done during our 6 day stay as well as any floor cleaning, which would have been appreciated.

The breakfast was more extensive than most, including eggs, potatoes, cereals, waffles, etc. For the most part, the room was fine. Although the motel was right near a busy roadway, it was centrally located to many prime attractions and about a 25-minute from the Orlando MCO airport (with many a congested and/or toll highway nearby). The air conditioner worked well, but was often quite noisy.

Fortunately, my credit-card company sent out alerts when motel charges occurred, and many seemed to for no particular reason. The desk clerks were very helpful in sorting this out on practically a daily basis! The bathtub was quite slippery, and the room lighting somewhat sparse (some lamps didn't work, perhaps needed bulb changes).

I loved the modern design, the clean room,they placed Dove soap in the room, housekeeping came by the room daily to service and bring fresh towels, the excellent internet connection, the comfortable beds, the 24-7 customer oriented staff, and the location- there were many stores and restaurants within 5 min from the location - I liked that I wasn't in a desolate area.

The first room I was in had bugs - but when I mentioned it to the front desk staff I immediately was moved to another room and bugs were not an issue in the second room. It is a renovated motel so it's not as spiffy on the outside. The first and only day I went to breakfast the bacon was half cooked and made me sick. Also the breakfast aides mandated you eat your food in their kitchen area and not take it back to your room. I didn't like this nor did I like having to give my room number to eat their breakfast. I didn't like how they managed this at all and the breakfast selection was just ok.

Breakfast was nice, the room was exceptionally clean, and the service was outstanding—absolutely no complaints. The check-in and check-out process was quick and seamless. The location is fantastic if you're looking for a spot near the Disney Parks, just a short 10-minute drive away.

The elevator was out of order when I arrived, so I had to carry all of my luggage up and down the stairs. Other that that it was a good place. Hope they fix it soon.
