breakfast was good wish they would change it up each day instead of the same thing over, room was a nice size, beds/pillows were comfortable, front desk staff were nice. Microwave worked as well as the mini fridge, ac heater worked fine. This room was carpeted which I love and prefer over floors. This is my 3rd time staying and will come again, is a very affordable price and it is close to everything restaurants, entertainment ect…definitely recommend for couples or family -Benedicto 1/27/2025

3rd time staying here and the jacuzzi/hot tub not working again wish I could enjoy it with my wife…tv not working, dresser drawer not closing. Overall it wasn't bad

The room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near everything we needed. Plus, the price was very reasonable. Overall, it was a fantastic value for the price. We'd definitely stay here again!

The room numbers on the doors were quite small, making it difficult to see from a distance. This was further complicated by the lack of building numbers, which made navigating the property challenging. The room numbering system, where one side of the building has even numbers and the other side has odd numbers, added to the confusion when trying to locate our room, Additionally, we felt the deposit was unnecessary.

The room had 2 queen sized beds. We were on day 9 and 10 of traveling and appreciated a little space for sleeping. The air conditioning was clean, when it was turned on no dusk came out, that was a huge plus and heat and cooling both worked to maintain a comfortable temperature as the environment temperatures changes from day to night and rainy day.

I spilled water on the carpet, when I tried drying it, the white towels became very stained. I was forgiving of this because we saw how hard the staff was working to get us into our room. the manager checked on us in the walkway to make sure our room was satisfactory.

breakfast was waffle, egg, sausage, cercal, milk, coffee, toast, orange drink (not juice), whirlpool, like the price for the area, it is an older property but was clean

room did not have a phone, the room only had 2 set of towels, so we when to the desk to get more all the time, need a bigger garage can in the room, did not know if they recycle the plastic bottle... maybe have a recycle can outside in several places to put the recycle plastic bottles

We had a suite which was huge! It had the room with 2 queen beds and a nightstand, a TV on top of a dresser with large drawers, a small fridge, bathroom set up which was very clean. There was a second room, same size as the first room, with a couch, a coffee table, another dresser with large drawers, a second TV, a large kitchen table & 6 chairs, full size refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, coffee pot. The rooms were very clean! The free hot breakfast was decent too.

The pool and hot tub were not open. Other than that, we have no complaints.

Customer friendly - I think her name was Maria front desk was really nice and willing to help. Also met Diamond she is also from front desk housekeeper Reina is very nice and helpful did an awesome job.Location is close to attractions and restaurants.Pizza Hut is right next door no need to cross streets or use your car

Staff was off the charts with hospitality. For what they charge it's an exceptional value. For the cost and how the staff is you won't find a better value in the area. When I travel back to this area I would definitely use this hotel

Room and staff were great

got down for breakfast around 8am and there was nothing left and nothing was being restocked. Waited around for a good 30min before we decided to go. Breakfast was 1 of the main reasons we booked the hotel.

For the rate I paid , great value for money. Good location, very close to old town Kissimmee where you find good restaurants, fun activities and a lot to spend 3-4 hours in the evening. Hotel was also comfortable

THE ROOM WAS EXTREMELY CLEAN AND SPACIOUS. I LOVED THAT IT WAS LOCATED IN THE MAIN STRIP SO I WAS CLOSE TO EVERYTHING I NEEDED. STAFF WAS VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY. WE CAME IN FROM A 4 DAY CRUISE AND WAS EXTREMELY EXHAUSTED AND LET ME HAVE AN EARLY CHECK IN FOR ONLY $25.
