Location was great. Had to walk a little ways to fully use all the activities. No karaoke or much activities going on at this resort. Took a timeshare presentation tour and was treated very rude. The presentation persons kept us way past the 1 1/2 hour time slot we were told it would be. Very pushy and over the top trying to sell us something we did not want. Would never agree to another one of those.

Room was falling apart, old furniture, broken furniture, broken tile in the bathroom.

The pool areas were great, lots of fun for the kids, maybe need a little update on cleaning/disinfecting and a coat of paint. Definitely so much better than the last hotel we stayed at in Orlando, we needed a cleaner happier hotel for the rest of the week, and Caylipso Cay was for sure the right choice. I think it would have been nice to have the little coffee shop open a little longer during the day, but not a deal breaker for us by any means. It would also be nice to have the pool open a little longer at night, when we would get home after a long day, our girls couldn't go swimming and the pool didn't open till later in the morning, which also didnt help us bc we had to leave early. The size of the room was amazing, we didn't feel cramped, the kitchen was awesome, a perfect bonus and so easy to take care of our girls from a food stand point. Furniture was great too, we read reviews that Calypso Cay was dirty and extremely dated, however we found it really lovely! Beds were great, bathrooms were too, the washer and dryer were the cherry on top of the cake, so incredibly helpful!

There were lots of other guests smoking weed, that was very frustrating, but we also understand it's not the hotels fault. It would be nice to have a coffee shop/bar/place to get food or snacks over around the pool behind the check in area.

We absolutely loved our recent stay at Calypso Cay! It wasn't our first time there, and it definitely won't be our last. My family and I had such a blast. The kids especially loved the pool – they practically lived in it! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and everything was super clean and well-maintained. Thanks for making our vacation so fantastic! We're already planning our next trip back.

Just wanted to share how much I loved my stay at this resort! Seriously, I couldn't find a single thing to complain about. It was fantastic from start to finish. Highly recommend it!

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Great water pressure, (very important to me).The property was beautiful, and quiet. Although it was nestled between two other hotels, it was barely noticeable. Close to shopping and great food choices.

The hot water wasn't very hot. And the bed wasn't comfortable at all. Although we were on the 4th floor, the patio was broken and would not lock. Water from the shower head was all over the place.

We loved the size of the room, the facilities, in particular the pools and slide, the washer and dryer in the room, and the surrounding property is well kept. There’s a Walmart within walking distance and plenty of restaurants nearby. We would return given the value and comfort.

The room was a bit dated.

Everything was awesome during our stay. The villa was nice and comfortable. The screened in balcony was an added bonus allowing us to sit and relax without being pestered by bugs. The area was quiet, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed as we only had breakfast there. We had lunch and dinner out each night. We stayed from Wednesday-Sunday and will definitely be staying again in a month or so. Oh. Allow me to add the pool areas were nice, clean and comfortable.

The only complaint I have and this is probably a water company complaint. The smell of the water was awful. We were afraid to shower but had to pray and go for it daily. We brushed our teeth with bottled water. Please fix the issue if at all possible 😏.

The amenities are amazing! As well as the room itself. It has EVERYTHING u need for a nice stay. Even things we typically forget like a wine bottle opener lol or strainer for pasta! They had serving dishes and more! Extra pillows and blankets and an extra set of towels. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AS ALWAYS!!

At times there are too many children that are in the main pool unsupervised. Poolside bar should allow for orders to be charged to the room possibly.

The location was good proximity to my destination. Staff was very nice as well.

Very disappointed with this unit compared to the one I had the year previous. Not a great layout and the whole development is definitely looking a little dated. I intend to cook, but there wasn’t even a pot or frying pan in the kitchen. I’d like to come back, but I would have to be Assured it would be in the building. I have previously, much newer and nicer unit.

The room was nice and clean. There are fans in all of the rooms and chargers on the lamps. The water pressure in the showers was amazing and the front desk staff was so helpful and nice. It was cold, so we did not get to use the waterpark features, but stayed close to them and they looked very nice. There was also a fire pit lit at night which was nice and a ceiling fan on the balcony as well. It is centrally located with a quick drive to any store nearby.

Only complaints are that some of the wall outlets didn't work, the tub jets didn't work and there was only one luggage cart for the entire building I was staying at. Also, the gym is on the small side and kind of outdated.
