Breakfast was pretty good. A few fresh fruits, simple egg and a sausage patty/stick, cereal selection and lots of topping choices for oatmeal, muffins and bagel choices with toasters, and 2 pretty good waffle makers which was the main attraction. Outside of the breakfast, there was a pool, fitness room with a scale, laundry room and access to purchase small snacks and items if forgotten, not to mention very close to Walmart, Publix, Wawa and anything else I could have needed. Service was very good.

It was 21-30min away from the Silver Spur Arena, which seemed to be the common distance for many hotels, so it can't really be counted as a negative. There are not really many great food or lodging options near the arena, so this worked out pretty good because there are many options near this hotel.

The buffet was great had a variety of food. Room were big and spacious and they have 3 different pools which my kids loved and splash pad. Free parking was a plus

For the breakfast maybe for the coffee adding flavor creamer and the room had a smell like humid and wasn’t pleasant. House keeping look like they didn’t vacuum.

proximity to various stores/restaurants (5 min drive) and Disney (10-15 min drive)

1) It is rather ridiculous to charge $5 for the internet connection. It should be free. The hotel charges enough for rooms and tries to bit yet another $5 off the customers. 2) Charging $7 per person for a shuttle to Disney is as cheesy. 3) The hotel's breakfast is until 9:30 only 4) The fountain right outside the the cafeteria's windows is nice. However it would be none the worse for repainting. The concrete platform it is based on is in cracks and worth sealing.

I traveled with my grandchildren they loved the breakfast in the morning. They also love the slides in the pool and the movie at night by the pool. They had a lot of fun playing the free miniature golf. The only thing that I didn’t like was they don’t have towels by the pool, you have to check them out at the front desk

I didn’t like having to check towels out at the front desk rather than having them poolside. Also, the mattress on the pullout couch was in rough shape.

We were greeted by such an awesome lady! I wish I would have gotten her name! As soon as we started talking to her, I knew we made the right choice! The room was excellent, the bed was very comfy, the decor was just what I was looking for! The pool area and amenities were perfect to help us relax! We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area! Thank you for an excellent stay!

The only thing I didn't like, but might be helpful for others, is the guy trying to get us to come listen the next day to get tickets to attractions. I'm guessing a time share deal. He was very nice, but I was in relaxation mode leaving the pool and my mood totally changed listening to him talking to my husband. I know it's a highly trafficked area and probably the best place to talk to people, but it just cheapened the experience for me. Maybe reconsider his location.

The breakfast buffet was nice, if they would add some cold cheeses and deli meats it would be perfect. Very nice and friendly stuff throughout property. Highlight is the outdoor recreation area with the pools and various activities. The tiki bar license to chill serves great drinks and delicious food. Rooms are very spacious.

More flexibility with shuttles to Disney world since they only leave twice a day and come back way before the fireworks at magic kingdom which is a highlight for many park goers so you have to find a different way to get there. The fridge unfortunately doesn’t have a freezer section so for longer stays you can’t store ice cream or frozen meals for the microwave for a quick dinner. But those are all just small things and don’t really affect your stay just something to be aware off

The room was large and comfortable. There is a frozen yogurt machine in the lobby. Outside there are several pools with slides. There is a splash pad for kids. There is a coffee shop and tiki style bar by one of the pools. They have mini golf and a zip line. Everything is clean and safe.

I liked that there was free breakfast but the breakfast area is small for the amount of guests using it. We used it comfortably. Food choices were just okay.

The pools and the attractions for kids to do. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They were patient with the kids. The breakfast was phenomenal, with different choices every day.

The bathroom downstairs and by the pool was always dirty. Also, they were short staff, the zip line wasn't able to be done, and the water slide in the crab pool wasn't opened because the staff was short. I wish when we arrived we were notified of all the things they had for families to do at a hotel. We didn't find out about it until the day before we left. The laundry room only had two washers and 2 dryers, which took forever to do 4 loads for a family of 6. One of the dryers had to be used twice in a row in order to dry the clothes.

Breakfast was fantastic, location was great. Room was a good size. The kids loved the pools and outdoor activities.

They had a plumbing problem the day we were there. They had to turn off the water for hours because of it. I'm not sure why they chose the evening hours to turn off the water. But I feel like they maybe could've waited a few hours to fix it while most people were asleep, instead of turning off the water while people were trying to brush their teeth, showering and getting ready for bed. Also, our room on the 4th floor smelled like the carpet was old and had old water damage.
