The room was perfect, the amenities, convenience, we had a blast!

The A.C kept messing around in 1 of the conjoined rooms but they fixed it in ample time. Our neighbors were out of control and security didn't seem to care. Kids of all ages running up and down screaming, leaving their door wide open for all to hear and see. But, being bad neighbors isn't the facilities fault, they were just obnoxious unneighborly people. I still give 5 stars

We've stayed here a few times and always enjoy the resort. Rooms and amenities are awesome.

The huge jetted tub I was very much looking forward too was switched out for some fancy sleek new tub. It was nice & deep, but I wanted the jacuzzi. Also 2 bags of coffee & filters but only 4 packs of sugar, no creamer, and they won't give you any more so bring your own coffee supplies.

Wading pool, pool with waterfall, tennis courts, activity center with large chess and tic tac toe, payable game center, water features. king room was very large and all amenities working. We also got another suite which was adjoined for family.

Beware of Alligator/ snakes signs...

It was in an exquisite location, tucked just out of the city, but close enough to the parks that it was still very convenient. Beautiful room and view. Exceptional amenities.

I really can't complain about anything that happened at the hotel. My stay was great.

Location was amazing, quality of apartment is amazing. And prices in the bar and market is not soo expensive.

Even we think the quality of the property is amazing, everything in good condition, we saw the floor lit bit dirty. That’s the only concern we have to say about property.

I like that it was clean nice and spacious.

I didn’t like that the pictures showed that I would be getting a whirlpool jacuzzi in the main bedroom but it was only a stand alone tub in the main bedroom.

Everything available. Nice pool. Very spacious.

Too many kids acting wild in pool. Wish the pool would have been a little deeper to be able to swim.

Tennis courts seem to be a big thing there, but we are not into tennis, so some other activities would be nice.

The pool area was very nice. Very clean and inviting with a nice refreshment bar and plenty of seating in the sun and shade.

The rooms didn’t have enough natural light for me. I like brightly lit rooms.

I like the location ,the rooms , I love the you everything in one place , good activities for children and adults

I don’t like the fact that the guest can’t use the lake with the water bicycle like before And the bar close to early
