We enjoyed our room. It was so nice and clean. We will come back again.

I don't like the fact that it is advertised as Magic Key Resort. This place is motel, definitely NOT A RESORT

The 200.00 dollar extra hold which was never mentioned anywhere. 5 days later and still not returned to my card.

100% no smoking is really good, the bathroom, the vanity, everything was pretty darn exceptional at a really great price, staff was nice, THIS PLACE IS EXTREMELY CLEAN LOVE IT!!

You can def hear the metal springs in the bed with the slightest movement, but that's not really that much of an issue, no complimentary breakfast but honestly for what you're paying and the top dollar value you're getting over a vast amount of other hotels in the area and it's proximity to restaurants and whatnot, it's not really something you'd end up caring much about. The parking.... Parking is an issue... Not something I really liked tbh, there are more rooms than there are parking spots and the places you can park since property is small (this is honestly the only actual thing that was a bit cumbersome, for me at least)

The housekeeping staff were rude on the morning we were checking out. We had on our confirmation that check out was at 12 but it turned out it was at 11 am. We were already up and getting ready to leave but they kept knocking on the door and rushing us to get out. I thought it was extremely rude. It was a rainy morning and we were not even 5 minutes past the times. There are ways to ask a guest to complete check out. That was definitely not the right way.

The location was great and the staff was very very helpful.

Recommendation: the handicap accessible room needs some upgrades. The toilet height was much too low for a handicapped person. There was no grab bar next to the toilet. There was one across from the toilet but was too far away to lend support to the person. There need to be some improvements to the handicap accessible bathroom.

Excellent quality for high value. Super clean room and a reception open late at night. We checked in at 11:30 pm with a friendly receptionist. There is even free coffee in the room. Thank you for a restful stay after a busy day at a theme park.

A very well-kept area, rooms renovated and absolutely clean. Is highly recommended. The staff is very friendly and competent.

It is a pity that this motel also has a no-smoking policy on the entire motel property. It goes without saying that smoking is not allowed in the rooms, but a small separate area for smokers would be desirable. It looks strange when some motel guests meet on the street in front of the motel to smoke.

Clean room. very quiet. The daily room rate charge was very reasonable.

The bed closest to the air conditioner in room 202 squeaks and you can feel the springs. It was very uncomfortable. I've never had that problem in this hotel before. Also, I don't care about maid service but the hotel needs to bring you clean towels every day. I don't like walking all the way to the front office with a load of wet,dirty, heavy towels all the time to get new ones.

Great room size, everything was clean. We only stayed one night, but it was fine.

It was ok, the deposit is a little higher than other places ($200), but it's ok because they give it back if everything is fine in the room. There were a few things in the bathroom, but nothing big or bad.
