The room was very clean vibrant in color and spacious. The facility was exceptionally clean. The breakfast could've been better but overall the food was tasty. Where we were located was near everything you could think of ex: Burlington, Fresh Market, Cheddar, 4 Rivers, Ross and so many other places that you could walk too. Culver's right across the street. The price for staying was priced well. The room size was king and the view from my window was great. I love looking at Trees.

No grits for breakfast, not everyone eats biscuits & gravy or oatmeal. The water wouldn't get hot at times from the sink or shower in the mornings so my husband just turned off the cold water valve and then we got hot water.

The place is new, the lady handling breakfast was great!

The AC on the my room never cool enough to make it comfortable

My daughter was on Spring Break and wanted to revisit Kissimmee for some shopping. The hotel was in an ideal location with our favorite shops and restaurants. The facility was immaculate and that's the reason I always choose to stay at Hampton.

I know it was Spring Break and a lot of other things happening, but for a one-night stay at a fee of $244 was very pricey. Do better Hampton on the pricing.

Overall, stay was very good, with the exception of the pool.

The pool was not clean, and we were not able use it. That's a shame, because the rest of the hotel was fine. The pool area was very nice, and accommodating, with comfortable seating and umbrellas. The water just needed attention. A refreshing dip would have been nice.

Everything. The check-in experience was crazy easy, everything in the common areas was ridiculously clean and easy to get to, the room was absolutely huge (sleeping area AND bathroom both), bed was comfy, staff was super helpful.

Pillows weren't 100% perfect. If you're picky (like me), bring your own.

The hotel was beautiful, QUIET and really clean both inside and outside. Breakfast was really good. We stayed for five days and had something different every day!

The only downfall was the low flow shower. Some may not have an issue with it, but I prefer my showers to have a lot more power.

Lean and polite staff.

The house keeping staff didn’t empty our trash can the first day and our room smelled like our trash the second evening. The glass-shower door wouldn’t stay closed. It kept rolling open while taking a shower.

Honestly it was amazing - the breakfast was a great nice to have and it really made our stay better. We loved that every day our room was clean and towels were changed. Staff was also very nice and I loved that at the lobby there was tea and coffee all day. We loved taking a tea before going to bed. I'll definitely recommend it!

Good and sufficient breakfast, but had it already better in other Hampton Inns

Breakfast available until 10 am, but already at 9.30 am items run out and will not be refilled.

The hotel is very clean throughout the building and the parking lot. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast area is large, clean, and offers lots of great options. I love the fresh fruit salad.

There was nothing to not like.
