Bed was very comfortable, room was bery clean

The shower faucet would not shut off and was dripping. When we arrived in the room, there was water on the bathroom floor due to the shower leaking. The next morning there was no Hot shower, it was a warm shower at best. I reported it to the desk the next morning. I don’t understand why the room was assigned to us with the shower leaking. So the next morning the cleaning lady wanted to clean the room and we haven’t checked out yet. She showed me a paper that showed we had checked out already.

Staff was friendly, check in process was easy, rooms are spacious, beds comfortable, lobby is big & inviting, indoor pool was a plus (winter), washer & dryer access ended up being helpful, snack area was nice after hours, bar in lobby looked nice though I didn’t get a chance to use it, attached to a restaurant & shares parking lot with Chick-fil-A, access to many other dining options on the same road

Location is a little difficult to find due to it being behind Chick-fil-A (gps took me to another hotel first), motel next door appears to be run down & a lot of people were wandering around or sitting on curbs (a little unnerving as a single woman traveling with my daughter)

Walking distance to so many restaurants. Location close to major highway.

The staff work constantly to clean. Very attentive. Polite. But the building is tired and could use an update.

Comfortable beds, good breakfast

Shortly after we checked in someone opened our door and said this was their room! The desk called to see who we were, couldn’t find our record from a half hour prior. Then our rooms keys were deactivated! Had to go to the desk to get them reauthorized. Poor service!

Location is just off of I75South which is handy, hotel has good, well lit parking and most importantly, clean with really good beds.

Our only real complaint was there is NO Breakfast included in the cost although it was advertised as such. They do have breakfast 'service' which turned out to be $15 (including tip) for coffee, 2 eggs, 2 sausages and 2 slices of toast - not bad but definitely not included.

Fun atmosphere bar and restaurant didn't have to leave the hotel after settled in. Nice hot breakfast cooked to order reasonably priced. This will be my "go to" on my pit stop driving to Tampa now.

Get rid of the barbie soaps for the shower and get a decent size bar. I like the cruise ship model, pump dispensers for hair and body wash

The bartender was amazing. She was EXTREMELY clean and had the cleanest looking and Snelling bar that I have ever encountered

I do not like pets! However, I do not dislike. I just don't want to dwell with them. If you travel with pets, this hotel is very accommodating... No free breakfast

Good food.

We arrived for breakfast at 9.15 and were told they were closing even though it should be open until 9.30. We were served but rather begrudgingly. They even suggested we took a take away bag. As a result we felt rushed. Breakfast should be served until 9.30 as stated. It was a shame because the breakfast itself was excellent.

It’s very clean and modern. We arrived at around 11pm and the front desk guy was absolutely lovely, treated us very nice, and made us feel welcomed. I do not know his name, but his professionalism was really appreciated. It was only a one night stay, but we’ll absolutely be back .
