The room was spotless and smelt great. Mattress was excellent and bathroom very well equipped. Breakfast was about the best I have had at any of these chain type hotels.

They need new window coverings. The curtains do not totally block out the light at night.

Lady at front desk was polite, and funny. Room was nice, bed was really tall it was comical trying to get in , needed a step stool lol.

The staff was nice and always very helpful. The beds were comfy. We had 2 adults and 2 kids in one room and still had enough space. The pool was great also. Even when we swam around 9 p.m., the pool was still warm.

The staff was very helpful and friendly in finding a place for dinner. The breakfast in the morning was very nice. The facility seemed new.

A little more off the beaten path than I would have been lead to believe. The beds were very high.

Not very good detail on the cleaning. Overall it would give you a bad impression. But, it could be better. The damn door key worked 50% of the time at all doors. Really annoying.

Some of the staff could have been more pleasant. The women at check in was okay but as a representative of the hotel and being she was our first encounter, she wasn't very welcoming.

The location in regards to other restaurants and stores

When I called to inquire about arriving late as I was coming from out of state; I was told that was fine however was not informed of the extra $170 charge

Always enjoy the breakfast and coffee. Loved that a hot chocolate bar was added. Room could not have been cleaner nor pillows better. Loved the comfy bed. Room seemed to be freshly painted.

It was clean and had all we needed. The breakfast was nice and the staff was excellent.

The room smelled a little musty and some areas weren't vacuumed near the beds.
