I loved everything about this hotel. It was exceptionally clean. The staff was awesome! The hotel in an of itself was absolutely beautiful. I could tell the staff loved working there, the cleaning ladies were happy and smiling, when I passed their laundry room the one working in there was singing!! It sold me, when I travel I will be looking fora Tru by Hilton hotel! Oh, and in the lobby there were vending machines, food and drinks set out you could purchase anything you might need while on your stay without having to run to a gas station.

Nothing there was absolutely nothing I did not like. I could not say enough GOOD things about it!!

Entering was very pleasant and eye capturing.breakfast was alright,wish there was little more options. I'm not a boiled egg type person. The room was nice and clean,beds were comfortable, enjoyed the roll down double blinds. Absolutely loved the walk-in shower w large bottles of shampoo, conditioner & bodywash

There was no microwave in the room & the fridge was a little small. Also wish room had a bit more space.

Brand new so it’s very clean and modern. Loved the lobby with large comfortable seating area, TV for watching the championship games and the pool table was the cherry on top! The snacks, drinks and microwaveable meal options for purchase are a great idea so keep guests conveniently satisfied. Staff were very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The hot breakfast was nice and included ready made omelets, pancakes, sausage and of course cereal, bread & fruit options. There was a sign for grits but there weren’t any available. Location was great and close to I-75 and lots of restaurants & shopping options nearby. (Highly recommend Paisanos Italian restaurant too!)

The staff was excellent. Very friendly, very present, and very helpful.

I was on the third floor, there was a large stain on the carpet at the hall and the elevator lobby, which I am sure the staff worked hard to clean up because it smelled very fresh there. Hilton corporate needs to upgrade the quality of the eggs and sausage at the breakfast buffet.

Missed a closet for coats Nice idea of having shampoo body wash and lotion in attached in tubes, except some were difficult for me to squeeze.

Everything was so compact and neat. I love the lobby area with the front desk area in a circle. The design offers a well stocked grocery area and at Lake City there was beer and wine for sale which we appreciated after a long days drive. The breakfast was delicious hot egg omelet and bacon and they change it up daily. Also offering pancakes and cereals and fruit.

There was nothing not to like.

You folks need to stay at a Drury Inn and try their food. Your breakfast is terrible and it's what the company calls eggs and sausage. I'm sure the employyees did what they could w/ it. Not real eggs and not sure what kind of meat that is you call sausage.

I was not feeling well when I checked out and forgot several things, two separate times. The front desk was accommodating to allow me to enter the room even after checking out so I could get the things I left behind.

Modern, comfortable, and clean! The room perfectly suited our needs, was well kept, and the bed was very comfortable. Pet friendly with a reasonable pet fee of $35. We enjoyed the variety of options available at breakfast before heading back out on the road. We would definitely stay again. And if we'd had more time, we would have enjoyed playing the board games or pool in the lobby!

My only suggestion would be to add one or two additional pet waste bins closer to the hotel or in the parking lot.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was all we needed. We ate at a place suggested on the board and it was awesome. We swam in the pool, it was nice.

No microwave in the room but that was ok.
