Clean, close proximity to the interstate. Nice staff. Older facility, but Remodeled nicely.

Location to the road, which could be noisy at times. But it did not affect our night’s sleep.

The choice to stay here was made on the same morning, so it was based on cost, without anticipating much value - beyond a pillow and a shower. We were very pleasantly surprised!! I appreciated the military and local history displayed....the location was great - just off the highway, with everything you could think off that might like to dine on, very nearby...breakfast was a nice plus - prepared with care and kindness, though it was 'grab and go'...the property was neatly kept and was very quiet, with a nicely maintained pool...they also had beautiful little areas of shade around the parking lot, with seating. The room was a wonderful surprise - the furniture, fixtures, appliances, and bathroom were refreshed and updated; the room was bright and cozy and comfortable!

The only thing that I did not like was (hopefully) just a brief lapse in judgement. The desk clerk was very nice and efficient, however, she quite loudly and very clearly called out my complete phone number - while another custmer was waiting behind me at the desk. I was floored and just shy of 'low-ebb infuriated'(!). Had I been traveling alone or with only my daughter, I'd have felt EXTREMELY vulnerable and unsafe. Please, please, please - verify a prepaid customer's information ON PAPER, BY REVIEW AND A NOD - just point to what needs to be verified then allow your customer to confirm or correct it.

We needed a cheap night stay for our trip to the beach and this was perfect for that. The staff was very helpful and nice! The room was small but great for a short stay! The quick grab breakfast was really nice as well! The bed was incredibly comfy. Things were quite at night.

We were located right beside the pool and we could hear all of the noise from that, but at night that quieted down and didn't disturb us. The shower was not great, the small size was tolerable but the shower head was awful it sprayed all over and the pressure was intense so it was like water needles hitting your face and I'm short so I couldn't escape it...that's my biggest complaint though

Great location. Very clean room! I felt safe on my own. Very quiet! I slept great. Room had a mini fridge/freezer, coffee pot, and microwave. The gal at the front desk was very nice and very accommodating. Very convenient grab and go breakfast with fresh fruit and coffee, water, hot cocoa and tea. Pool looked really nice. I got in late so I did not use it. I would definitely stay here again. The bed was very comfortable. Free Wi-Fi, free parking, lots of TV channels, including ESPN, Hallmark, and HBO.

No issues or concerns

This is an older but very clean place to stay. It was drawing a little of a bizzare clientele the night we stayed but management did not put up with them. Low cost clean rooms. I would stay there again. The woman that checked us in was very personable. The man that was in and out from behind the desk was also friendly. There was another woman working that had a stick in her butt about something. I never felt anything she did was personal,she was just in a foul mood around the clock.

Breakfast. For the price of the room I feel lucky they even offered one

I've stayed here before and am a repeat customer. When in Lake City, this is my go-to motel. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will be staying here again come Feb.

The Wi-Fi service is horrible. They have five different Wi-Fi connections to choose from, and trust me, you will be using all of them, as you get kicked off of them frequently. I have to go outside of my room sometimes, hold my phone up in the air, and walk toward the office before I can pick up a signal. This is my only beef.

My stay was actually an evacuation from my mobile home to Americas Best Value Inn because of the impending hurricane Helene approaching the Big Bend of Florida. My roommate and I rode the storm out at this hotel in room 129. Being that this room was not a corner unit, it made Hurricane Helene seem like a tropical storm. I left my insulin in the room refrigerator when we checked out, and the owner, Mike Patel called me at home the morning after the hurricane to let me know they were storing my insulin at the front desk refrigerator, and that I could come pick it up at my convenience. I did pick up my extra bottles of insulin 2 days later. Thank you to Mike Patel and all staff members at Americas Best Value Inn in Lake City!!

We stayed here for a total of 5 days, due to a softball tournament. I was very impressed with this little hotel! Customer service was amazing, and housekeeping went above and beyond each day to ensure that rooms were clean and well stocked with towels/soap/toilet paper/conditioner. Due to the state tournament that was being held 5 minutes away, this hotel was at capacity, yet staff STILL managed to stay on top of everything. Pool was clean, bagged breakfast was decent w/ hot grits or oatmeal as an added option, and coffee was available 24/7. Could not have been happier with our stay! BIG shoutout to Karen and the owner who went above and beyond with finding my family a non-smoking room after I accidently booked smoking!!!! Also want to give a shoutout to housekeeping who did their thing during all of the softball madness. THANK YOU to the pool guys who kept the pool and pool area clean, AND allowed it to stay open an hour later during the tournament due to everyone coming back from the fields at later times :)

Rooms are on certainly the smaller side but with the value and service, I cannot complain

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful and empathetic. :) :) The hotel itself is a great place to stay where it's affordable but at the same time provides a secure place to stay while enjoying what the hotel has to offer.

Having my room to close to smoking rooms. The smoke drifted into our bathroom via the vent system. As an chronic asthma sufferer that makes things not good. I think the hotel staff should post something about there being a smoking section of the hotel so that those who have respiratory issues can make sure they are not put near those particular rooms.

When I first arrived at the hotel I was a bit under the weather and the receptionist stepped up to the place to get me into the right room which should have been a non-smoking room. Turned out my booking had the wrong thing but she changed it. She made some other changes to get me into a room sooner so that I could lay down. She was kind and showed empathy and did what should could to help! I appreciate the kindness she showed so much!

I don't really have anything that to complain about! The cost and the size of the room was everything I didn't expect to find and for that I enjoyed staying there and will be returning back!!! :) :) :) No SAD FACE HERE!
