The room was clean, it smelled wonderful, and the refrigerator, in the room was cold, which surprised me, usually it is not cold at ali in the other hotels i have stayed at. The room was delightfully cool, which make it possible for me to sleep well. The breakfast was good for diabetics, eggs and sausage, and if one didn"t have to worry about that, there was other breakfast items available.

It did surprised me when I booked it to learn that a 50.00 refundable deposit was required. We got our deposit back with no trouble, it just surprised me that one was required.

The beds were very comfortable. I liked the fact that you were able to pay your damage deposit in cash then you didn't have to wait the typical 7-10 days for the bank to return it.

When we 1st got there there was a hole in the bathroom by the toilet. Upon checking out the girl tried to say we did it and wanted to keep our deposit. We took pics with a timestamp so we had proof we did not .

The property was not far from my family’s home.

I ended up getting there Saturday morning instead of Friday night due to traffic in Broward county and West Palm county. And I still got charged the Friday night stay. And they charge us the fifty miscellaneous because we used the towels.

The peacefulness and hospitality was excellent

Well the location there's only one restaurant around and it was not of my liking and that was McDonald's it was slow and it seemed like it can never get the order but overall it was somewhere to eat.

Sausage was great and hot..

Eggs were sitting in water, waffle maker over cooked waffle, 2 lights in our room did not work at all so very hard to see in the dark. Dogs in the next room were loud most of the night until almost 1am.

We stayed there on the way to another destination. The room was somewhat antiquated. However, it was spotless. The staff couldn't be nicer and they did have a lovely breakfast.

Everything was wonderful and the staff is always the best like visiting old family. Older hotel but upgraded perfectly with a very nice pool plus a nice little breakfast to get you started in the morning. I love this place. Thanks to the staff for always meeting my needs with a smile.

What I value in a hotel is safety #1, then clean, then comfortable, then pleasant; "Fancy" might be #10. The staff feels like relatives that actually like you, and the breakfast is to my liking. I saw children's bicycles and a picnic table under trees. The cost is reasonable.

If you want a fancy hotel, this isn't for you: the walls aren't gold-plated, there is no golf course or banquet hall. Yes, there is some freeway noise, but the last word is this is a family-friendly, humble hotel, with smiles and helpfulness from the staff.

Very good value for the price. Great place if you need a place to sleep that is clean. Free breakfast We were visiting Suwannee River State Park, the spring and went kayaking one day..central location to all of it Not a hotel to hang out but perfect if you plan activities and just need a place to sleep at a decent price

The place was nothing to look at from the outside, but the room was immaculate, the bedding comfortable and fresh, Direct TV with more channels then you could possibly need, and free wifi. Cheap and cheerful as we used to say. We had to leave early, didn't check out the complimentary breakfast. Nearest stores and restaurants about 8 MI away.
