This is a classic old fashioned motel that has been well kept and is nicely appointed. Comfortable bed, good heating and AC unit that worked well . It was very clean . The couple who manage the motel were terrific — friendly, helpful etc . A few minutes after I got my room , the manager came to my room and explained the TV system , which saved me the usual trouble of trying to figure out how the TV worked . I would certainly stay here again .

You have to like and appreciate older motels that are in good condition . If you do , you will like this one and the people who manage it . I had an actual key to the door .

location. price. decent size room. comfortable bed. closet space. mostly quiet but the highway is right outside so traffic is loud and emergency sirens will wake you up.

the shower was awful. I tried to adjust to warm for 20+ minutes it kept going to extreme hot and burnt my feet then I turned the cold knob a tiny bit and it sprayed me with super cold water. really a terrible shower experience. they left the bathroom window open also and when I went to close it I noticed the window was actually broken. so I left it alone.

It was very clean and reasonable. It is an older style of room furniture but in great shape and everything in working order. Instant hot shower and laundry machines on site.

Nothing not to like unless you wanted a pool but it suited our needs perfectly and for much less than other hotels close by which is why we initially chose it. We will stay there against.

I had several pets with me, and they completely worked with me. I am so grateful I had an affordable place to stay with all my pets; 4 cats and 4 birds. The owners were so friendly.

I wish they were staying open longer. They sold the business and now I have to board my cats🥺. I wish the owners a happy retirement.

Excellent, pet friendly location with easy access to restaurants, shopping and the hospital is across the street. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. This motel will definitely be my first choice whenever I’m staying in Lake City.

The place was easy to find and close to fast food outlets and other amenities. The room was clean and spacious. The best thing about the room was the jacuzzi (room 101). It worked like a charm, especially after the long drive I had.

The decor scheme is a little dated, however, for the price I paid, and for the purpose I stayed (just a night while I was travelling through to Atlanta), it did not matter much. It is located quite close to the interstate, but surprisingly not much noise gets into the rooms

Really quiet area, even if close to the highway. Not a lot of people staying, but felt really safe. Refrigerator worked great, air was really cold, television has many channels.

A bit old, but not bad for a night when traveling. Did not have a coffee pot in the room, but gas stations with coffee within 5 minutes.

The guy in the front office he's great! Treats you with respect and he really wants your stay to be as comfortable as possible. He went above and beyond on our stay to accommodate us and we appreciate it so much.

The beds are not pillow top lol 😂 but that's just what I'm used too. That's literally the only thing I can complain about. My husband on the other hand likes a firm bed. So it's up in the air. But everything else was amazing it really was I'm so impressed with how it's changed in last few years.

I stayed here about 6 weeks. The staff was awesome they were always super polite and attentive. Down to earth people that went above and beyond for anything I may have asked for. The rooms were clean and well kept the 2 office personal were always checking on me whenever they would see me outside and were always super friendly. Making sure I didn’t need or want anything. I plan on coming back to Lake City for work and if or when I do I’ll be staying here again. I appreciate their hospitality

The staff were very helpful and friendly always asking if we needed anything. Not aware of breakfast being available but overall we enjoyed our stay

Only thing the inn was a little hard to find but the manager explained that the county had removed the signs but he went the extra mile and met us to show us the way
