The staff were lovely! The pool area was nice and quiet, the apartment was spacious and had everything we needed and the area is really nice to wander around in.

The apartment itself was spotless apart from the bedding which was stained and looked as if it has blood on it which is pretty horrible. The fridge/freezer didn't seem to be working in our apartment.

The Coral Reef at Key Biscayne is an excellent location for visiting Key Biscayne. This is a three story apartment building with a nice pool in the inner courtyard. Plenty of parking available. Numerous restaurants nearby. It has beach access within a 5 minute walk (keyed gate to access path to beach). Kingsize bed was comfortable. The onsite manager Roberto was very helpful.

Unfortunately, the only elevator serving the complex was out of commission so we had to lug all our luggage, cooler, valuables, etc., up the stairs. Difficult given the heat and humidity of Key Biscayne. The air conditioning in the apartment was excellent on the living floor. Unfortunately, it has difficulty reaching the upper floor where the bed is located so that was about 10 degrees warmer. We had to request extra towels and bathmats. No paper hand towels in the kitchen.

I booked two condos. Both were very spacious, and had everything that was needed for our stay. The rooms were clean and smelled good. The beds were comfy. There were no complaints from my crew except that wash cloths and hand towels were not provided in one unit. I could have gone and requested some, but our stay was less than 24 hours and I bring my own hand towels and washcloths just in case. The pool area and the grounds were beautiful and seemed to be well cared for. The staff greeted us with smiles and showcased hospitality. It was a great stay, and we will book again. I look forward to spending more time there and I am happy that I have found a great place for family to gather so that we can enjoy the beaches and parks in Key Biscayne.

I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and extremely kind to us — they made us feel welcome at all times and really went out of their way to help. Their warm attitude made a big difference and created a great atmosphere. While the facilities are a bit dated and could use some updates, everything was clean and worked fine. Overall, the excellent service and hospitality more than made up for that. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.

I like the place was clean when i got there and staff was friendly.

What i didn't like was the noise I heard 2 o clock in the morning and the sheets abd pillow cases could have been cleaned a little bit more better and i did see ants running around just minor things like that the property has to work on besid was that not the worst .

Everything was awesome! The one bedroom is an entire loft style apartment with a full kitchen and so much space in the living area and bedroom. Pretty much every room walks out to a pool view also. Plenty of free parking and as a solo female traveler I felt safe and the staff were very friendly :). I will 100% stay here again!

I had some trouble finding the office, but it's not a huge complex, so I eventually found it and the staff was super nice and welcoming :). The bathrrom shower had a 3/4 curtain and the tub was older, so its not a place for a long luxurious shower or bath, but it was clean and lots of counter space for all my things.

The access to the beautiful beach ⛱️ was so close

The property was well lit, comfortable and spacious. The hosts were very helpful, kind and always happy to help and give recommendations. The private beach that had an access key was epic! Then the bikes to go out riding to discover the amazing Key Biscayne. The property felt like a home. A big thanks to Bruno, Mario and Roberto for hosting us and taking very good care of us.

The location is excellent. The rooms are sparsely furnished but comfortable, including the kitchenette. The central pool area is very pleasant and the perfect spot to gather with friends. Overall, Coral Reef if a great value.

It would be good to have more than just one towel per guest in the bathroom and towels need to be provided also for the kitchen. Also, the internet connection needs to be updated to accommodate the number of guests.
