We arrived very early from a cruise ship and the front staff was very friendly and accommodating. Shared that we could enjoy the pool, etc. until our room was ready. Also explained the free trolley to downtown, and its stop across the street.

I had requested a view of the pool room. Was "upgraded" to a large room, but the view was of the highway...just about level with it. I think I could have chatted with the people when their cars were delayed on the bridge! The room was nice, but the view not so much. Given the location of the hotel, it would be nice to have a restaurant/pub on site. No nearby, walking distance food.

This is a large hotel with spacious rooms. Friendly reception. The room we stayed in had its own kitchen and was otherwise neat. Normal American breakfast. The hotel is located close to Brickell station. There you can take the Metromover (free) and the Metrorail, which is very convenient. There is also a supermarket and a playground for children near the hotel. Great to stay for a few days if you want to explore Miami.

There was one cockroach in the bathroom that quickly disappeared after discovery. We didn't see any after that. Parking wasn't free and that was ok, but it was rather expensive imho.

Spacious rooms and comfortable beds.

Pool was cloudy and looked very unsanitary. Hot water didn't work in the shower in room 320.

the air didn’t work too good in room 624 and the hot water wasn’t hot and the pool was misleading the pool wasn’t big enough it was like a big size hot tub that was 3 feet all around in the picture you would think it’s a nice size pool.

We loved our room. Very spacious and loved the kitchen amenities. Breakfast was very good. Location was excellent.

We had rude valet service. One guy was on his phone listening to it so loud it was hard for us to talk over it while the other was very impatiently waiting for us to unload. Never mind that we had a ton of luggage, food, a handicap person and teenagers. He seriously just wanted us out of his sight as soon as possible, but offered zero help. We did not have enough towels, any hand towels and no bath mat. Almost like the person cleaning our room stopped before completing it? We really needed a late checkout and all they would give is 30 minutes. Shower was leaky, no vent in bathroom so was very humid.

The room was very nice and spacious. The beds slept nice and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good and had many varieties. The upgrades in the hotel lobby were beautiful.

The parking attendant advised we could not park our own vehicle. It was valet service that was mandatory and should have been explained better which was included in the hotel room fee. The lights over the kitchenette area did not work in the room and just about every table by the window in the breakfast area rocked so badly. Our drinks almost spilled when we went to sit down.

We liked the room. The staff was good. The location was good, very close, walking distance, from Metrorail and metromover. Easy access to Uber. Very close from Brickell City Center.

What I did not like too much was breakfast just because there were no Gluten free options. I couldn't it eat anything, just coffee :-(

It’s a newer hotel or recently renovated. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is basic but good enough. Relatively close to downtown, we walked there in 25 min. Great value for money, will definitely stay there again

It’s not super pretty around the hotel especially if you are walking. it looks like area is under development

Location is very good. The room is very big and comfortable. Staff is very helpful. Complementary dinner on Wednesdays.

The breakfast is ok, but they close at 9:30, so have to be mindful. Refill of food or drinks is very slow.

Room was well equipped with a refrigerator dishwasher basic kitchenette very nice. Nice sitting area with a couch and chair. Walking distance to several restaurants and night clubs.
