I really like a fantastic location, close to center of the city, walking distance from supermarkets and good restaurants.

However, the inability to open windows made nights uncomfortably hot, exacerbated by loud central ventilation. Street noise starting at 6 am might disturb late risers, impacting sleep quality. While the apartment is adequately equipped, the budget furniture, beds, and bedclothes may not meet everyone's expectations. Overall, it was a good experience if you adjust your expectations.

Really good space! I loved it. Excellent location, clean and excellent accommodation with free parking! The place was nice and quiet. There is supermarket nearby and lot of restaurants. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

This property was exceptionally well presented and perfect in size and amenities for the four of us who stayed there. The communication prior to arriving was excellent and clear instructions on how to access the property were given. I felt more than comfortable to contact the owners should I have needed anything. It's in a very secure, fenced property, not that it ever felt necessary as the area is great with some fantastic restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. Downtown Miami is only a few minutes drive away and the parking space provided was a welcome addition. From a value for money perspective, this is probably the best we stayed in on our whole trip. We paid similar for a pokey little hotel room in worse areas, so having an entire apartment was amazing.

I can't fault the property at all. I was bombarded by what seemed like a bit of an excessive amount of emails through the booking confirmation process, but that in no way detracts from the stay itself and would not stop me enthusiastically recommending it to other people.

- Great value for money in Miami. - Location is amazing: short walking distance to Publix supermarket, Walgreens Pharmacy, Metromover, and Brickell nightlife. Less than 20 minutes from MIA airport by car. - Spacious and well equipped. Smart TV, dishwasher, kitchenware, big fridge. We had almost everything we needed. - Designated free parking lot was perfect. - The staff answers us really fast via Whatsapp, and they take care of customer experience.

- It was a very noisy only in our first night, like if someone was dragging furniture around upstairs for around 3 hours. - The bathroom had an infestation of drain flies, and we could see that the shower drain was really dirty, so cleanliness could be a bit better/deeper. Fortunately, there was some insect killer spray that eased the problem. - WiFi signal wasn’t good enough in the whole unit. We completely lost signal for one night, but in the other days we could use it normally on the living room.

The location is excellent, close to Brickell, Downtown, and Little Havana. The place is very quiet, nice and clean. Easy check-in instructions. Comfortable beds. Good shower. Parking available. Very good service and attention from the hosts. They are constantly in touch and provided all I needed when I requested it.

There was not sufficient quantity of personal care items for our one week stay, but they provided it when we asked for them. There is no daily housekeeping service, but we knew that already, it's the normal scenario in the US.

Everything was perfect!!!We stayed 6 days and they always stayed in touch with us, checked everything’s good on our side☺️Whenever we need help, they immediately answer. Its location is very safe and also very close to public transportation and downtown which is so good. Thanks a lot for everything, totally recommend!☺️

Very good location, flat is really great. All that You need is there. Ppl from agency help with all details, as well it was clean. Good place to spend time in Miami.

Terrible humidity, which is not the fault of the apartment but of the surrounding area. I also missed the bars on the windows, and I was afraid to leave the windows open at night. I don't know the area to know if this is a good or bad idea.

The place is located near to all amenities. Publix grocery, Walgreens and free merromover all within 3-5mins walk from the apartment. This is definitely a home away from home. The apartment is fully furnished with everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious and one has a walk in closet as well. What more can anyone ask for? It is a move in ready space. Love it and has recommended it to my friends and family.

This is an exceptional place. I planned my family trip in advance, and glad to catch this option early. It was affordable option in a good location, but I realized how good it is only when I've found the place and got inside (took some time to found it). We've got a new and very clean apartment, with plenty of space for 4 people, with all the stuff we need for 4 night stay. Beds, linens, toiletry, towels, kitchenware, we had all we need. Good conditioning, new and clean shower, reliable wifi. The big advantage is location. In a walkable distance, you can have public transit (including Mover), and you easily can walk to the Brickell Ave. Shops and restaurants all around. Before booking, I saw people complaining about I95 being too close to the building. It is close, but we never had an issue with noise. It's not more noise there than in your average big city location. It's pretty quiet for us. People in other rooms were quiet too, and we've enjoyed our stay.

They definitely should pay attention to the bathroom door lock. It needs a fix. I have had a kerfuffly paperwork before the place confirmed my booking. They asked me to send them my IDs to confirm booking since it's no check-in at the place itself. So I had to do it in advance. But eventually it's maybe even better to have less interactions after you arrive.

Everything in the property is well clean and well laid out. What’s great was there was a fully equipped kitchen and cooking utensils, so if you don’t want to eat out daily, this was a perfect solution. Easy to park and walk to a bunch of great restaurants and downtown Brickell. Location is very safe. No noise issues. This place is perfect for a weekend stay near Brickell
