I absolutely loved it — 5 out of 5! The AC Hotel Miami Brickell is stylish, modern and impeccably maintained. From the moment I walked in, everything felt thoughtfully designed and very clean. The ambiance is sleek yet welcoming, and the overall vibe is sophisticated without being stuffy. The hotel’s location is unbeatable. Situated at 115 SW 8th Street in the heart of the chic Brickell neighborhood, it’s directly across from Brickell City Centre, offering easy access to premier shopping, dining and nightlife options.

The standout for me was the rooftop pool area. It’s a beautiful, relaxing space with great city views. The pool itself is pristine, and I loved lounging in one of the stylish cabanas. The pool bar was a huge plus — perfect for grabbing a cocktail or light bite while enjoying the Miami sun. It truly elevated the entire experience and gave the hotel a luxurious, resort-like feel.

Would have been an excellent trip but the biggest down side was room service cleaning the room and then failing to replace the towels and wash cloths, we reached back in late and after efforts of calling the front desk for towels and wash cloths both in the night and morning we’ve still yet to get them. We just happened to see someone cleaning another room on the floor and was able to get what we needed. Wasn’t the first time this has happened, our previous stay we had requested toilet paper and they didn’t bring it until about an hour later

Great location. Very clean and comfortable.

One of our rooms wasn’t ready by check in time. Called front desk and staff was not apologetic, almost annoyed that I kept asking about our room being ready. My husband finally went to the desk and was told our room has been ready. No one let us know. This was almost an hour after check in time. Poor customer service, as they acted like they did nothing wrong. Other than that incident, our overall stay was great. We were unaware also that there is a nightclub on the rooftop, so we’re surprised with a line outside the hotel when we returned from a baseball game at night. It did not effect us though.

The front desk staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The room was very clean and located in walking distance to everything.

We were told there was going to be live music at the pool and there was no music. The process with valet parking was a little stressful. We had to wait quite awhile to bring us our car after checking out. They only had 1 person working at that time.

Amazing location, great pool. Staff were super helpful. DJ at poolside was great. Generally a great vibe about the whole hotel.

Little noisy on the weekend at night as Rosa Sky nightclub is on the rooftop. If you want it quiet for a low floor. We asked for top floor not knowing about the nightclub.

Facilities, location, amenities.

That they charged incidental fees and other items and was pretty confused about certain charges until someone finally explained it thoroughly. And the travel fees charged $25 per day and then getting a credit to use, was weird too.

Great location in Brickell area. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and banks if needed. Nice and new hotel with friendly staff. Room size above norm for this kind of hotel.

Gym is too small for a hotel this size (wich is also in a shared building with Element hotel).

I always stay at AC hotels always a beautiful place loved the views from my hotel room was very clean and comfortable I definitely will stay here again. Hotel was right in the center of everything!

Walking distance from Brickell Downtown and Miami Downtown. Everything you can imagine is within a 15 min walk: shops, bars, galleries, offices, parks, etc. The hotel is new, staff is nice, breakfast is massive. Mattresses are not super-soft like in many US hotels, so it's good for sleeping.

There's a rooftop bar which can produce slight grooves during late weekend evenings and a train rails nearby, but my sleep was good.
