Would have been an excellent trip but the biggest down side was room service cleaning the room and then failing to replace the towels and wash cloths, we reached back in late and after efforts of calling the front desk for towels and wash cloths both in the night and morning we’ve still yet to get them. We just happened to see someone cleaning another room on the floor and was able to get what we needed. Wasn’t the first time this has happened, our previous stay we had requested toilet paper and they didn’t bring it until about an hour later

Great location. Very clean and comfortable.

One of our rooms wasn’t ready by check in time. Called front desk and staff was not apologetic, almost annoyed that I kept asking about our room being ready. My husband finally went to the desk and was told our room has been ready. No one let us know. This was almost an hour after check in time. Poor customer service, as they acted like they did nothing wrong. Other than that incident, our overall stay was great. We were unaware also that there is a nightclub on the rooftop, so we’re surprised with a line outside the hotel when we returned from a baseball game at night. It did not effect us though.

The front desk staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The room was very clean and located in walking distance to everything.

We were told there was going to be live music at the pool and there was no music. The process with valet parking was a little stressful. We had to wait quite awhile to bring us our car after checking out. They only had 1 person working at that time.

Facilities, location, amenities.

That they charged incidental fees and other items and was pretty confused about certain charges until someone finally explained it thoroughly. And the travel fees charged $25 per day and then getting a credit to use, was weird too.

Great location in Brickell area. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and banks if needed. Nice and new hotel with friendly staff. Room size above norm for this kind of hotel.

Gym is too small for a hotel this size (wich is also in a shared building with Element hotel).

Walking distance from Brickell Downtown and Miami Downtown. Everything you can imagine is within a 15 min walk: shops, bars, galleries, offices, parks, etc. The hotel is new, staff is nice, breakfast is massive. Mattresses are not super-soft like in many US hotels, so it's good for sleeping.

There's a rooftop bar which can produce slight grooves during late weekend evenings and a train rails nearby, but my sleep was good.

Great location. New hotel. Good perks. You can hail a Tesla owned by AC and they will drive you 1 mile from the hotel.

There is a train that runs in the front of the hotel and I was in one of those rooms. Its loud and you need earplugs (the hotel provides them) but thats a negative point. Would recomend a Room thats not in the front.

safe and convenient location. The pool and food at the bar were amazing. Stuff is lovely and very polite.

The stuff could improve communication among themselves.

I liked the property, location was quite comfortable! The staff was quite helpful, we forgot some staff, Alexis Silva helped us a lot! Thanks to him.

The air conditioning was quite noisy, had to switch it off. Maintenance guys couldn’t do anything

The rooms were very clean, well-kept, and spacious. Exceeded our expectations. The front desk were helpful, most especially Benjie, who greeted us on the first day. He was friendly, accommodating, and so pleasant to interact with.
